Well, it still holds true that sometimes the only way you learn is by experience and it requires both good and bad experiences to learn. Was getting bored with the usual places for pussy and like any good monger am always on the hunt for new sources. As such, occaisonally I peruse the CityPaper. In the past it has produced some really great finds for me. Today, I am sorry to report it produced a total rip off for me and proves that even an experienced monger can be suckered.
I called one ad that sounded pretty good and spoke to the woman who did a pretty good job of convincing me that they were a "legit" place, serving up heaping platefuls of my favorite dish. I was very specific about what I expected within the confines of phone mongerspeak, to which she responded appropriately.
To make a long story short, naturally AFTER relieving me of the fee I discovered that it was only going to be a body rubbing session by two very lovely naked young ladies and an enthusiastic handjob combined with dirty talking. What is this bullshit? I pretty quickly tried to push it in the direction I was interested in and told them this wasn't cutting it and that I had made it clear, blah, blah, blah knowing all the while that I was fucked. I said fuck this and got up, dressed and went hunting the money taker. Naturally, this caused a shitstorm pretty quick as I knew it would and it took less than 60 seconds for a pretty big mother fucker to appear who made it pretty clear that I could leave under my own power or he would pleased to assist me, a choice which I figured would no doubt include some unpleasant bouncing down the stairs so I elected to walk under my own power. I was pissed!
The details are as follows:

Do NOT use this service. Despite claiming in ads and verbally to be definitely full service, the only full service about them is a full service rip off!

Hey Trash ...it happens to all of us at some time or another. I received advice, (from a working girl no less), that may hlep here. Besides never again using a service after you have been burned this lady reccomended two things.
1. Call the servicve and let them know what happened. There is a (slight) possibility that they do not know what is going on. I have done this before and have actually gotten some satisfaction, (discounts, fairly prompt *real* service), and at the least you can let them know that you were dissatisfied and are going to spread the word. While it is not a total hasle to them, if busness drops off they will at least have to change their name, phone and ads in the paper.
2. Do your best to do incall at *standard*hotels. This offers a bit more security for you, as these rooms are provided with a security latch. Also, since the lady usually works out of the room all day, YOU know where SHE is but not vice versa. this can leave her open, (in her own mind at least), to recrimination from god knows who. Even if you do not want to go that route, you can always call in a complaint to LE. This is of course a "last resort" move, but in the case of a hotel, taping and discovery for you are minimal.
Either way a rip of is a rip off. thanks for getting the word out and taking one for the team. Buy yourself a beer on me, and treat yourself to a sure thing. And as always take it...

Usually one good (notice the emphasis on good) swift kick to either knee will bring them down. I'll add a comment to Easy's item about hotel/motel considerations:
If you have any say in the girl's choice of motels, try to get one that has external rooms rather than internal, i.e. the room access door is on an outside wall accessible from the parking lot rather than an inside hallway accessible only from the lobby. There are pros and cons to this, but the kicker for me is that being forced to enter the building thru a central lobby entrance, where you are eyeballed by desk personnel and probably taped by security cameras, makes it much easier for management (not to mention LE) to notice a parade of gents to a particular floor/room.
Moreover, while a stakeout or security cameras can be well hidden, I find it much easier to scope out the environment and get a comfort level on the situation with the external setup. Once a couple of years ago I went to an appointment with a girl I'd seen a few times before, only to notice an occupied unmarked cruiser (the antenna farm was a giveaway) parked in a distant corner of the parking lot where the girl's room could be observed... I pulled to another area of the lot out of the pig's view, called the girl and told her I would be late and why, then waited about 45 minutes to give the bacon a chance to leave in case he was just taking a donut break or a nap. He never did. After I informed the girl of this, she left the motel and the cop tailed her out of town, so they were definitely watching her. (She came back an hour later, checked into a different motel across town, and saw more clients that day... but it cost her the hassle, two lost appts and the extra expense of the 2nd motel.) The point here is that, if you're alert, such stakeouts are easy to spot and avoid in an external-room environment; in most internal-room stakeouts, the snorter gets to sit in the motel office and watch the cameras in comfort while snuffling Krispy Kremes, and you have absolutely no clue he's there.

Motivated by Karma's 8/4 report, the loss of Mimi at Downtown, lack of Hondo in copilot's chair, the late hour I arrived in DC, and a high [yellow] fever, I set my sights on Olympic spa.

Sorry about the stupid question concerning the early hours of amps, I was truly desparate at the time thinking that I could only get out early. Man you guys have a fun city, expensive but fun. I visited both Supra and Downtown as I was staying about midway between both. First off, the girls at Downtown were hot!! At Supra I was not able to see all that much but was happy with what I got. I forgot the name of the girl at Downtown and the service was standard for your area, great for me though. I saw a stack of cards with the powerlifting business on the table. Another visit Downtown.

Hit the streets Tuesday at 3am to sample the SW action. I know Tuesdays and Thursday are typically LE sweep days, and this appeared to me no exception. LE was out everywhere. Although, I didn't really see anything worth really partaking in on K, and vicinity.
Drove over to 13th and N, and almost became a sting victim. Noticed a nice chocolate brown SW on the corner who just looked too good to be true. She approached, wanted to talk price and business outside of car, and was a little to quick to come down on price as well. Tip off should have been seeing 8/9 type SW over on 13th alone constantly having conversations with the LE. I declined and drove off and noticed 2 unmarked cars around the corner, along with a cruiser with lights out parked facing her direction. Still was shocked to see so many mongers continuing to approach. But who could blame them, I did, she definitely had all the goods going on. Just pays to be a little paranoid and mindful while out on the hunt.
Went up NY AVE to peep out the motels and the texaco. Saw a few out, but quality was really low. would rank 4 to 5 at best. And again, heavy LE.
Decided to call it a night.
