Is that the response I wanted? No but it is what was provided. That response was given by senior members and those who have said it know who they are but it is, IMHO, a non issue. With some back reading I found what I wanted just took a little time. No help from what you call my brothers but there where a few who responded with a PM so I can't say all are like that nor am I implying that. Were they being MASSHOLES or simply being discreet and protective with that provider to keep the amount of online attention down?

As to my position on being discreet with intimate details of provider information in a public forum. I had my posts deleted by Admin and my shit jumped in for my position of honoring a providers request to be discreet. There isn't a person on this board who will change my views on that! You want to know intimate details? Ask in a PM but I won't put intimate details in an open forum.

Take for example the recent acknowledgement of say someone like Longjblues length of time on the board which is approximately 5 years here in relation to both number of and quality of his posts (407). Again the issue is substance. You're right there are no rules against posting useless information 100 times a day however imagine if we all commented on every little thing. I know you just can't help yourself because you want to be a "Leader" here to feed your ego and you have an insatiable need to feel important. We're not telling you how to post simply exposing the seemingly all powerful man behind the curtain for what he is.

WTF.[/QUOTE]Hmmm I missed where I've stated anything to do with your statement & feel the same, as I've toned down my reviews but still give more than enough info for those that want it to be helpful, if more specifics are needed anyone is free to pm me or ask on the board either way I would reply. As for a providers request to be discreet that is always up to poster. However it does defeat the purpose & spirit of the site.

The point you may have missed is why post a douchebag reply to someone rather than help, it takes just as much effort.

Don't get me wrong I have done the same in the past, though I try to keep it in a pm.

Yes a lot of providers can be a pain in the ass where they mostly argue, refute their reviews and stir up needless drama. Now truth be told I've known Deb for quite awhile and we are close friends out of the 'provider arena' (not that it is a secret) and over time I've found her to be most helpful in finding out info about other providers that we may want to know or need to be aware of and posts as you said to be 'topical, interesting, and entertaining.' Her posts are usually helpful to us out here for not only informative things but to also show us the 'other side' of this hobby and what some of the reactions / interactions that can occur. She has given us warnings that she has heard about in her circle and also has given us links to other providers that she knows of or has found that she believes would be good company for us. And I know for a fact that she has helped out more than a few 'newbies' with suggestions on who to see, how to act and where to go to begin in this hobby. And most importantly very rarely has she (explicitly) put herself out here for self promotion. And of course she knows that if I see something that is a 'ouch' post she will get a call. Of course many here don't give a shit about my opinion here and will talk it up to schilling but I don't care. I'm trying to give an honest opinion here...that we are better off having a reputable and knowledgeable provider who can keep an eye out for whatever helps us to enjoy our ladies and our times together. And she has never been a 'pain in the ass' to me! SO
