Walking through the parking lot into 168 the other day. Saw something new. The nice Chinese ladies from next door were all standing out in front of their little shop. They were casually trying to entice some customers to come their way and visit them. They are nice women, but of course they are mostly twice the age of the coffee girls. It was pretty cute, though.
Two Latinas on duty with young Asian male in tow acting as the boss. Small parking lot. Massage place south of Guangzhou in the same lot?
Yeah, all the parking spots filled up once the coffee girls moved in.
I remember coming here the 1st /2nd week they opened (before everyone knew), and the lot was mostly empty, on a weekend!
They have a note up at the register mentioning extra parking on the side / back (not sure of the exact details). There may have been a specific time restriction though. I've gotten lucky with a spot the last few times I've been there. Definitely seen some of the guys just camp out for a solid 10-15 minutes waiting for a spot to open up.
Not a comfort facility, open space with curtains. At times young provider < 35 in the art of TCM massage, merridian line and towel workout. Better massage facility by 368/ Lo Mein except for the noise at both location.
Still, a bit of surprise. At 75, w / full beard and a bit of a gut, it's kind of flattering to be taken for a vice cop.
I get mistaken for vice all the damn time. That's why I stopped going to these places as much. All I was doing was sucking the fun out of the room by trying to enjoy a show.

If you're new to the girls working that day, or they don't remember you, you might not want to play it too cool. Most guys try to keep a low key demeanor. But it's more reassuring to them if you smile a lot, make a lot of eye contact.
Also take some one dollar bills. Tip the first girl you like a couple dollars when she walks by, or refills your tea. Tell her she looks good today, and ask her name. Do this with a couple girls. After that, they should tell the others you're just another depraved customer like the rest of us, LOL.
New guy here and wow didn't know there were this many viet coffee shops. Only place I've stumbled upon was cafe lu this past summer. I live in the la area so I don't really get too much time to go down here but looks like I'm going to make a day trip soon.
How much should you tip normally? Like a dollar or 2?
There's no set rate. It depends on how much you enjoy your visit. If you have a good time, tip them more. If you like a particular girl, tip her directly, in addition to the tip you leave on the table.
Hmmmm. Looks like now is a good time to visit the Bay Area.
How much should you tip normally? Like a dollar or 2?
A dollar would do, no need to tip them more.
A dollar would do, no need to tip them more.
Understood. I just didn't want to under or OVER tip. I'm definitely a rookie at coffee shops but I've been going to strip clubs and AMP for some time now and don't want to blow up these girl's ego buy over tipping like some of the amateurs do at the club and AMP haha.
Thanks for the tips! Ill be paying a visit to OC today and most likely need some "coffee" haha.

If you read this forum, you know we like checking out the cute girls at our local cafes. It's cool to find other Viet cafes around the state. Especially now, spring and summer being road trip season.
