For Search, there IS SUPPOSEDLY a way google provides to turn off and delete your search history. I've done it but guess what.- ads keep appearing that are clearly related to recent searches I've done or web pages I've visited. Now I only use DuckDuckGo for search.

I do know if you google my name or number you won't find jack shit except some science related stuff, not really connected to me or my foibles. I recently googled my regular's phone number because she got a DUI and was worried what people could find. She's supposed to be a UTR part-timer that I've seen for more than a year now. Well, a whole page of escort ads showed up. I know I am a hypocrite but this fucking pissed me off. I was not wrong, however, telling her what a stupid ***** she was using her own number. According to a recent issue of Time magazine, NSA has trouble cracking Tor because of the very nature Tor operates. This is the cover article. But I really do not care even if they are able to crack it and track. It is not worth LE's time and money only to find out that I am searching BP and USG to read (and may possibly see some escort somewhere sometime in future).
