I was in Charlotte the past couple of days and visited South Charlotte spa. I've got to say that I don't know how you all manage to get services for the amounts you all post. I went there this morning and drew a blonde whose name started with s. She must have thought that I was a sucker. She quoted me three levels of service $, $$ and $$$ on top of the entrance fee. So I'm just curious do you negotiate or do you all really pay those outrageous amounts? I ended up going with the lowest level of service that got the job done but I regretted it when I left.

Therapists book up, and muscle pain and cramps can occur at any time.
I don't see this as any different than standing outside a gun store and taking pictures of everyone going in and out -- because one of them just *might* commit a crime in the future.
The company should complain about harassment.
