The doc saved the nerves but I have yet to orgasm via intercourse. BTW, when the prostate is gone, you don't produce cum anymore. My orgasms, by whatever method, are dry.

I appreciate what you went through and hope they caught it in time. Can't imagine what a male orgasm without cum feels like, probably not terribly pleasant. A lesser man would have given up, but you seem to keep pushing forward. Go on you, Man. I'd like to think that, if I was in the same situation as you, I'd try to do the same thing, but I imagine it can be very discouraging.

But it was explained to me at least in my case, without the prostate the cum goes back into the bladder. The feeling is the same as it used to be. Age has decreased my ability to be hard at the drop of a pair of pantys but a good blow job always does the trick.

I've been cancer-free for just over five years. The doc put me on 5 mg of daily Cialis and prescribed a penis pump. Yes, there are prescription pumps that are a lot different than the ones you see at sex shops. I really don't mind the dry orgasms. They are as intense as I remember from the days of having a prostate. Every once in a while, there is a small clear discharge that the doc says is the sperm from my testicles. I almost came once via a BBBJ a while back, but, since the surgery, it's been manual-only. The pump and Cialis has helped somewhat, but the erections aren't terrific. The only thing I haven't done is the Trimix injections. Even after five years, I just can't bring myself to the point where I'm ready to give myself a needle "down there. " But, I'm here writing this post, so I really have nothing to complain about.

Took lots of courage to inject the first few times but soon I realized the rewards out gained the downside. No pun intended!
The dry orgasm is almost as good as my old wet ones and the erection is great for long after I need it to be. I see now they have a Quad mix too. I have had a zero take off a few times but sure it was user error on the injection site.
I agree about the last President. MyPSA rose gradually over three years until biopsy was suggested. Someone knew about his condition for at least 6-12 months before his term was up. What else was hidden?
