I had a session with Lucy in CC earlier this year that lasted just under 40 minutes. I paid her the "standard damage" of $60 plus the HF of $50 when I felt like paying her $20. In retrospect, not only did I feel cheated, I encouraged her to give substandard service to others because she got away with it in the past.

But bad reports like yours hurts the lousy providers in the end and she leaves the business. Thats why iv said it before bad reviews are just as valuable as the good ones.
