There's an app - Truecaller - that gives cell provider, or if internet number shows as [URL]broadband.com[/URL] (or something like that).

The good thing about TN is that it not only works on a phone, but also on a PC. You can either go to TN'S website, or download the standalone app from Windows Store. TN has apparently been upgraded to include video chats.
Conversely, Windows now has it's own Your Phone app. If you have certain Samsung phones, you can even see the phone's screen on the PC. The app gives real-time notifications, texts, photos and call records from your phone. Not only can you receive texts, you can also write and send texts from the app. You can choose which SIM card to use to send texts if you have a dual-SIM phone like I do. You can receive and place calls on your PC, which go over the cell carrier.
I agree with the repliers 'text now' is the best app for phone dumps and its free to call at a limit. Bunch of 808 numbers and all you have to do to keep it is use it here and there.

I recall that not too long ago, there once were a couple of good ones at places like Rappongi, Hula Girl, China Doll, Hello Kitty and Aloha Me Spa.
But, in the present, Honolulu Girl, who is an indie, comes to mind. She's a bit older, but she's sexy, very nice and accommodating. And she has a very nice enhanced rack, if that matters to you. There are several reviews of her in this forum.
