If SBs run into resistance on paying up front, they will face these options. If SD buyers are willing to meet their terms, they will maintain their "prices. " One can fume and fuss and criticize SBs for being entitled biatches for wanting up front payments, but SDs will determine if this is going to work. I believe seasoned SDs already know that up front payments are not worth it and signal all kinds of further future problems with a SB who demands them. But newer and / or more desperate SDs may think this is what they have to do to get some quality tail. The sugar market will shake all of this out and there will be a result regardless what any one or group of SDs think about it. I have friends who only buy brand name merchandise. Me? I am a generic and value buyer. A few quick examples: I worked one summer in a corn canning factory: same, corn, same cans, different labels. The DelMonte labels fetched premium prices; the local supermarket versions were a lot lower in price. Another example: I need an expensive eye medication: it costs $350 a month. If everyone gave them $50 for showing up for a M&G, they could make rent or student loan payments going on a few paid M&G a month and never have to suck a cock, and can go home and have Ramen for dinner. I always bring an "in-kind" gift to a M&G -- usually something of $25 - $50 in value. Usually costs me nothing since I have a connection that gives me samples and other freebies. Makes a great impression, but also sets me up for "showcase showdown of cash and prizes" instead of a straight cash allowance.
