IMO the damage closing the AMP's around this area has been done already. Cities that are saturated with AMP's that are on LE radar I'd say this statement would apply. Around these parts to spend tax payers money to train LE officers a foreign language to help protect and serve the public, they would be more wise to train officers to speak Spanish. Mandarin would be a waste IMO.
