Visited this place over the weekend. Located in Green Island / Watervliet. Currently advertising in the usual places. Seemed very clean, new / just finished inside. Only curtains on the rooms, no doors. In a pretty public strip mall, near a laundry and a donut shop. Donations about standard for a FS AMP in this area. Much like a number of the newer ones I've been to recently. No negotiations / haggling, however. Very accommodating attendant but didn't get / understand her name.
