I'd say you have a 20% chance of seeing anything out unless you have hours to burn all across town. Been dead for a couple weeks unless you get lucky.
For anyone that likes cruising after dark or early mornings, you might have a hard time finding anything out in the regular areas of McM, CW, UPH and Roselawn. Think I'm done for the season unless I'm driving through an area anyway. Haven't seen any action on 5 or 6 lengthy cruises in a row. These girls are either spooked or don't bother going outside if it is below 65 degrees. There were plenty of mongers circling the areas when I was looking so money to be had but no girls want to take it. Hope y'all are luckier than me.

' Earlier this week on the late night like sunday or monday while cruising through Carthage I did run across a WSW with brunette hair, slender build wearing a face mask over near 70th and Vine street. Was in the Warsaw area around 930 tonight and there were about 7 different girls out and about. I've been reading in awe at the success some of you guys have had and want to try out that part of the hobby but I'm not super cool with a line nor have any experience. I've researched the forum looking for advice in that area and while there's a LOT regarding locations and ladies, there's not much in the way of how to clearly identify a SW, initiate contact (without setting yourself up for a bust), and so on.
I know it sounds stupid but I've never picked up a SW before and until I figure out my "game" may I please ask for advice?
I crashed out on my couch last night, and then woke up super early this morning with the urge. I decided to check out a few spots around town before work. I couldn't check all of our hot spots do to time constraints. I decided on Walnut Hills, Downtown, and UPH. Both Walnut Hills and Downtown were pretty scarce so I decided to drive up warsaw. At first I saw Casey, but she hopped in another monger's car around wells and warsaw. I decided to do some more cruising, and eventually ran into 'little Brittany' on warsaw and that side street just east of the police station. They will come out when they need their fix so it can be anytime. During the day it will be harder to tell the difference between girls working and people out walking but if you are in the hot spots any girl that is standing on a corner or circling around without is going anywhere fast is probably on the stroll.

I went out Saturday night again looking to take your advice. There was nothing in Rosehill, so I moved down Vine through Carthage to Northside, nothing, then CW but I think I was looking in the wrong parts (went down the road next to Wendy's), I heard a lot about McM and Mohawk but saw nothing, drove all around campus and saw LOTS of hopefuls but it was mostly Halloween costumes, LOL. Made it real hard to decipher who was walking and who was partying.
Then I tried my luck up in UPH, took Grand up to Warsaw (again, heard lots of good reports) and saw a cutie hanging out on the steps caddie-corer from the Library (Warsaw and Purcell), stopped and waited but she didn't seem to be paying attention and I saw LEO a few blocks down on Grand and Warsaw so I wasn't feeling like taking a chance so I moved on (read: got lost until I started recognizing where I was) to Glenway and around the Glenway / Glenhills / Ferguson area, saw a few potentials but not what I was hoping for, then moved back down for another busted effort around Ravine / McM / Mohawk, tried following MLK to Woodburn area, probably should have stayed on McMil to WH but the rain was increasing and I was tired so I took Victory north and tried RH again. Nothing.
It was chilly but not cold, but heavily misty so while I struck out I think I learned some of the areas, and going through more reports I now recognize the areas so as time permits I'll try again.
Very frustrating, may need to drop a dime at an AMP to relieve some tension before going back out but I'll keep trying (tho it's been said the "season" may be over due to weather; is that true?
Sounds like you're doing all the right things, AlphaTek. I'm pretty green as well, you can check my post history for my efforts. Lots of driving and only two pickups, but I know I don't cruise at the most optimal times.
That spot you mentioned in UPH worries me for being so near the police station, but others have mentioned successful pickups only a street over. So I don't know.
I'm also curious about what landmarks in CW are worthwhile for looking; is it mainly just near the gas station there, or are there side streets I should be checking?
