It's usually just CBJ to get jr hard, then on to FS. If they're willing to do more oral, they aren't going to charge again. House only gets the house fee. On the other hand, girls only get a portion of the money if you see them at an apt or hotel. I heard different answers but common one seems to be 60 to the girl, 40 to the house.
