I had a friend once whose neighbors were all victims of burglars and was repeated warned that he could be next, yet he had a million different reasons why it happened to them and not him. Guess what happened three weeks to the day his next door neighbor got hit.

They even took time to drain his fish tank into his floor before loading it up.

Moral of the story is, you better always pay attention to what is going on around you.

I know the news caught wind of those and I believe at the time concern was voiced on this forum that those types of actions can only rain hellfire down on all of us by drawing attention to something that largely goes as accepted around here.
