There's a tall dark skin women standing (well was standing) on park street. Idk if she's a Streetwalker but judging by the amount of cleavage she was showing ima assume she is, had to drop someone off so I couldn't make the scoop, looped back and she was gone. Looks like LEO on the corner of Marshall and Niles. Made the loop and saw a small Hispanic SW. Swung around and before you could make it LEO jumped out of an older black Lexus and pinched her. Be careful out there!

Don't know what you saw in that Lexis but it was not an arrest.
