It's always possible you'll find an SW in Suncoast on a variety of streets, including Laurel and Hart, but it's way more miss than hit that I've seen. The girls in Suncoast often either get a ride to Old 41 or walk all the way there even in the heat. That tells me they realize they need to get out of Suncoast to make money. I do not remember when it was constructed, but there was no median in the early to mid 90's. And there was much more action on PBB in those days.
