A girl can't be topless unless she has pasties on whether on stage or in a private room. You can't have any contact with a girl who is nude or semi-nude (so basically if you want her to grind on you she had to be fully clothed) and if she is nude or partly nude she has to be six inches from you. You also can't touch her in any way if nude or partially nude (not just her boobs but any part of her) and she can't touch any part of you. If any of that happens that it's illegal sexual activity but it isn't sexual conduct or contact (which are felony related).

Basically it's a bunch of bullshit.

Basically it's a bunch of bullshit.[/QUOTE]I appreciate the clarification. I was under the impression that the private dance area had some relaxed rules in the law. Basically, you were not supposed to touch the dancers, but they could grind away on your groin. It sounds like that is a no-no.

Once again I feel the media is up to no good and trying to outrage the public more for ratings and quite possibly for political means. Mr. Heck has been one of the media darlings for a long time and he used that to rid that area of a few trouble spots in the old Notels. He would be smart to go after a few more of those instead of the clubs. At least the clubs make more taxes for the city but he is probably caving in to those who are against the clubs. Makes me wonder if they won't go after 101 sometime soon again.

One lady age 32 of Springfield was charged with 1 count of prostitution. Another lady, age 35 of Cincinnati was charged with 3 counts of soliciting prostitution. These charges likely prompted the local media to mention prostitution in their story.

The prostitution and sexual activity charges are misdemeanors. The big problem for the ladies indicted are the felony drug charges. All the charges together is a BIG problem for the Harem.

And most viewers / readers won't care what was paid for -- lap dance, BJ, fuck -- they just don't want it in their neighborhood.
