They want you to go to a store buy a transferable gift card with an activation code, then have you send the activation code ahead of the meeting? Insane. Might as well cashapp the full price ahead. Almost none will ever send without it as they get ghosted by pic collectors who have no intention of paying about as much as some of us do. I more or less wanted to save another googley eyed monger from this scammer before I forget her existence all together. While I am in no way defending either side of this exchange I just keep my initial purchases to minimal money upfront until trust is built.
