Stoppeed in at ERS this last Sunday for the first time. [/QUOTE]I have never heard of any girls at ERS allowing or giving mouth contact to privates unless they were breaking the rules. Those girls who have done so have been dismissed. I have been going there for over 15 years and have never been offered this. I was a regular of Diana back in the day, if any one would have offered that she would have.
Pity though, I would love to see that on the menu, even for a small up-charge.

It would be the fast way out the door for them. Guys who claim they got different treatment there would get the girl fired in an instant. They have a good thing going, both the girl and the shop, and they don't want to screw it up.

Let's just say that the menu at ers and clv in my experience has been exactly what the rules dictate. It is the carry out meals that get more expansive.
You don't know unless you ask. Most of the girls are dine in only, but some deliver.
What I can say is that based on conversation with delivery girls, I am not the only one who orders out.
I will also say for clarification that I waited to mention this tactic on here until I was sure that none of the ladies I have seen deliver were still employed out there.

There certainly no two way mirrors. HJ is all you will get there, that is the rule.
You are right that there is no difference in the law between HJ's and BJ's, that's not why the rule exists. Nor is it hygiene. Based on my talks with the girls over the years I would say there are two reasons. One is that ERS and CLV has existed where they are for years because they keep it low key. There is no way these two places go that long without local LEO getting curious at least once in a while. Somewhere along the way a balance was struck that allows them to exist as long as they keep it low key.
The Other reason, which makes the most sense is that the business attracts and keeps higher class ladies than say Chantilly Lace in Rockford. As anybody who has spent any time there know some of the ladies have been there for years. From the ladies point of view this is only because they ONLY give HJ's. If one girl starts giving BJ's than other girls who may not want to give them (and contrary to popular porn most women don't wake up hoping to give a bunch of BJ's) will be pressured by clients to give them, or lose out money. From the ladies stand point there is a VERY big difference between a casual HJ as part of a massage, and a BJ which is much more intimate. These ladies don't view what they are doing as prostitution, but would view BJ's as such. So the owners established rules.
Many years ago it was much harder for the owners to enforce the rules, but not so much now. I know that the owner of ERS pays close attention to all the web sites, and if he sees reviews that say certain girls are doing more they get canned. So you want to get a lady fired, start telling tales about her.
