So did you drop an hour donation at the beginning, which she presumably took and checked while you were in the shower, and then she wanted to refund you half of that midway?

It sounds like the booker might have mistakenly told her the appointment was scheduled for a half hour, and there was miscommunication on that end.

If so, the booking agent needs to do better.

Because I could understand her getting upset if she thinks the appointment is only for a half hour, and mistakenly believes the client is trying to stall and extend the appointment.
