If you read back to some of my older posts (March 2007) you can find the tutorial. Bottom line is it takes patience and a fair degree of effort. The 18yo was just dumb luck being in the right place at the right time responding to the right CL post that turned out to not be bogus (hint, it wasn't in the erotic services section).
