If you believe they can't match your public IP to your ISP, you're just kidding yourself. This is the reason why VPN and anonymous proxies are important. Additionally, major ISPs are being fined for non-compliance when certain notices are requested in regard to warez and pornography. Keep in mind, they're more focused on really dark sexual acts (I. E.
