And she's always been that small guys, all females in her family are tiny. Not saying she doesn't have / had rec issues but its never been meth.

If you look at her from above with her head tilted back, you will see all the black in her teeth, including one of them that you thought was missing but actually has a rotting root still there. I recommend skipping out on this part of your dream.
She really needs to get them pulled, while she can. It's much cheaper to remove a whole tooth than do oral surgery cleaning out rotting pieces. She may also have some problems with her molars.
