However, the possibility increases because homeless females sometimes roam few streets away (public library) if that market rocks your boat. Beware because they will latch onto you like a leech, and I am speaking from experience. Also, test your luck with the females roaming around outside the perimeter of downtown Santa Ana.

I was going north on Harbor. After passing Mcfadden, I spotted a tall BSW in the neighborhood. Naturally, I transversed the neighborhood and approached her. Face was an 8 whereas body was a near 9. She had a triangular tattoo on her chest. Anyways, she was very aggressive as she kept trying to open the door. I had to passed because her aggressiveness turned me off. I am not an expert on Santa Ana per se as I also cruise the northern, western, and central parts Orange County (Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Tustin). However, I can give you some info based on my experience:

Avoid 4th street as it is civilian territory, and cops do patrol that street for drunken craziness. Be wary of one way streets, and the fact that there are crazy people running around.

SW: It's the same MSW every night, and they tend to shuffle around on Main st between 17th and 1st. Once in awhile, I do see someone different. Sometimes, they can be found in the parking lot of food 4 less at night or somewhere nearby. Follow the flow of lurking cars. During the daytime, you can catch some at the Rite aid on 1st and main.

Homeless chicks: There used to be many on 1st between Grand and Elk, but not anymore. The most recent sighting for me was in May at 9 pm I believe. It was a a brunette hanging around the liquor store on Elk and 1st. (Ross st between Civic Center and Santa Ana Blvd) and (Santa Ana Blvd between Broadway and Ross) are where the most of the homeless hang out. I have never pulled into the public library after midnight, but from passing through I see tons of homeless just hanging around. The most recent sighting was in fact last week when a 30-35 years old lady in a pink shirt with sparkly letters was walking toward Ross on Santa Ana Blvd. During the daytime (not during school hours), I have talked to some mildly attractive homeless chicks before on Sycamore st and broadway (parallel streets) and Civic Center dr.

NPs or civilians: the best part!! Rarely do you see girls needing assistance at the train station, but it do happens. VERY RARELY. The train station is on Santa Ana blvd and Santiago. If you do get super lucky or your game is on point, commence at the very top of the parking structure. It is totally discreet and free. Within the neighborhoods are taco food trucks. Sometimes after dark, girls eat at those taco truck alone, and again your game must be super awesome. I have seen guys successfully pick up girls. Lucky them.
