Not sure about the "next day pay" strategy. I'm fully on-board with UTRs though. Paying a bit more can save you a lot of time and headaches that go along with the STG variety.

Some days they get one of these homeless bums off the street to be their "boyfriend" and convenience them that trying to rob someone who may or may not be armed is better than doing what she is paid to do so that both parties get what they want and everyone goes home safe and satisfied. I've seen her walking the streets in the more recent months, so she's probably down bad enough to actually have to "work".
