Heard LC suspended license over 20 bars in NY for violating mandates. Not wearing masks in bars is super high risk, I would not do it without wearing one.

Better to stay safe today in order to be able to enjoy yourself tomorrow. Just have to wait for things to pass and settle. If this pandemic has taught me anything, it is that people do stupid things, so I definitely don't want to be around those people for now.

If young people get infected with influenza, they will show symptom whether severe or not. But covid will not show. So young people can spread virus easily while they don't know.

And no money no lock down it is true.
Already more than 100 thousands small business across mainland disappear, Boeing announced at least 25% of their employee will be fired and their outsourcing factories are out of business. Alaskan airline officially 3 K employee firing. 2,500 stores of Victoria secret closed permanently, half of jc Penney mall, Only 1/3 of hotel can survive next year. Many Mexicans going back when their minimum jobs just disappear, many hospitals may go broke when covid dominates but no payment is made yet. Clinics like cosmetic surgery fire receptionist, part time nurse. Yes it is in mainland with much more choice and population than Hawaii.
So I just went to couple places this past weekend. It was ridiculously slow. Well splash actually was a normal slow type of night. Maybe about half the staff was there. Of course no karaoke but at least wasn't quiet. Operation wise not much change except bar stools are a few feet apart. Business though probably was the weirdest. Entrance was setup with a hand sanitizing station, bar stools were pretty much 6 ft apart, no music, and small bar and sushi bar were closed. Hard to say how many girls were there as they all were at least busy with parties in the booths. I guesstimate I saw about 5 girls the short time I stayed. Both places socializing with the girls more or less normal. Aside from bar stools, no new renovation besides that sanitizing station which makes the place look closed from a distance. Was going to check Boss but after seeing an empty parking lot, I just turned around. Time will tell I guess. Perhaps the first week girls wanted to see the new waters before they opt to dive back in. Or they could just still be in quarantine LOL. The whole town area was ghost town though. That includes everything all bars, nightclub, strip club scene. Only the after 2 am places got their normal crowd.
Anyone brave enough to sample the easy prey yet? Ks, Lilac, Starlite, 904, Honu's?

The KB owners probably going get together for lunch in a private room and conspire to (as in the past) fix prices of all products; might get one rogue owner or two, but price fixing of liquor, nekos, and food not unusual. For the guys who no stay home maybe going be domestic beer $5/6, peanuts / chips $6, neko $30/40 (hope not), never know, but then more for yourselves. Take care and be safe.

KBs are worst cause they are usually very small enclosed places. Ok so this is probably a long shot but hey, why not try. So I'm from Maui and in one of our bars we have this newer girl named Momo. She says she used to work at Evergreen until she got a bf and he didn't let her work at the bar anymore but they broke up and she has been here on Maui since March. Does anyone have any info on this girl like if she will just drain the wallet dry or if she is playful or not? For all I know, she may be using a different name now then from Oahu but never hurts to ask. Thanks in advance!

Try ask her what name she used at Evergreen if can. We have a Momo here worked at Splash as recently as February or March just before the shutdown. Doubt it's the same one but possible cause I haven't seen her since March. If she says her name used to be Danbi then it's the same chick.

I never knew her to have a boyfriend. Used to live with Jade. If she is in her 30's, that would be mid to late 30's at least. I myself never played with her. But she's a professional. Lucky Honu - Kay was hopping from customer to customer to customer. Mama's rack is very healthy.
Lilac - The most lookers for Kalihi grade. Temperature checks as you enter.
Camelot - Better lookers than Lilac.
Splash - Automated screen for temperature checks and staff was masked. Couple of lookers.
Business. The most and best looking floor staff of all the bars. Big plexiglass dividers at the bar. I should have spent all my money here instead of touring but needed to see the condition of the current bar scene.
Next tour will be of Aiea / PC & Waipahu bars.

Anyone know which bars will be open tonight? (Sunday). I think this hurricane is a major cocktease and the news loves to scare people. Maybe some Broken windows and some flooding in NS, but that's it. So if any bars open tonight, they going to get a lot of business from bored guys who stayed home all day for nothing.
