Nothing to apologize for, Strange
Maybe it's because I fish in a smaller pond ie, wilmington, but what I mentioned usually works for me. I've been ripped off once and had it work out many many times. I forgot to mention I only let them do that if I'm planning on taking them to a motel but never a quicky car date. For the motel dates they usually come back for the Grant on top of the Hamilton.
Sorry didn't meant to ruffle your feathers on this. I really respect you and what you bring to this forum. I've learned a lot from things you have said and I guess this is a lesson on philly learned. Didn't mean to advocate making it easier for the girls to rip guys off just thought I was giving some helpful advice.
We each do what works for us and at least I appreciated your the feedback. Apparently some on the Philly board think they presumably speak for all of us and have a tendency to get on a high horse. Kind of strange (no pun intended) for anyone to judge anyone else on a monger board. I generally just ignore it unless it's purposefully directed at me personally as it was in this case. Then I say my piece and move on. I've ventured down to Wilmington here and there and depend on the advise and intel from regulars on that board like yourself that was very helpful.

Agreed, no illusions here.
Every now and again I've found a friend that I trust to behave rationally in terms of long term perspective, but, invariably, they will eventually make me regret it. It doesn't even have to be malicious, or theft; these women are addicts. They might pass out and simply forget, or get distracted. They also often know that long term planning is unrealistic when it's so hard to hang onto the same phone.
Bottom line. If you trust out here, you will loose at times.
Yes, you ride it out and have the fun while it's there, then when they cross that line you move on. And we share what we know on here when they are in the upswing as well as the down so others are informed. Should be just that simple.
