I sent another text and placed a phone call about 15 or 20 minutes after the appointment time. Finally at thirty minutes after the appointment time I sent a final text before leaving.

I was really disappointed that this well reviewed provider stood me up. There has still been no return text with any sort of explanation or apology.

I would like to see this provider based upon numerous, glowing reviews but now find it extremely difficult to bring myself to make another attempt.
