Some admit to photoshop or make-up if it's make-up it's a ton and you're not getting that much prep work. Unless you do outcall to your hotel and have the lights on. Most have family of some sort and don't want to be seen on the internet on a provider website.
Very few are going to be under 30. So good lighting is just going to ruin the experience if you're expecting something else.

I had this experience once when the girl and I went into the BR after arrival, I switched on the bright white lights (the room had the dim red and blue bulbs only) she screamed and covered her face, ran out of the room, I get on the phone immediately and call the booker, you have to do better than this!
I almost always tell the booker I want the girl to have the lights up in the room, at least one white light on. These dim blue and red lights are to hide the fact that the girl looks nothing like that hot model on the website and is not 22 years old but really 42 years old!
If you have them come to you they have to be outside, you can always meet up in the lobby (I would never recommend they come to your home, I'm not even sure in the kgirl world they would).
