The CHS scene vibe has been throwing me off so I just venture to the capital city area since I frequently go up there several times a month. More options and variety that area then what we have here. On another note it's a fake review and would help if people report the review. If you Google that Telegram username it comes up as spam and that same review is everywhere. Still raises eyebrows though for people that don't know any better.
