Southside Super8 on Dryden (I think). Then down by the mall and Rt 725 there are several lower priced motels. I have picked up gals at most of these haunts and dropped them off. I second the recommendation for the Microtel on Linden and its not too expensive- $45. I've used it so many times I've worn a path to the front desk. It is very conveniently located close to the SW action. If you're willing to drive towards the airport, there is the Dayton Airport Inn and Suites.$36 and a Red Roof Inn for $40. Depends on the girl but if I feel like its just going to be a quickie there are several places for a car date once you cross the river to the north.

Can't say much about which agency uses all black with tinted windows, would guess the sheriff, did you mean light bars on the roof or just in the grill or hanging from a visor? As far as undercover vehicles, it can be anything from a clunker to something really nice. They will use vehicles that they have seized and they have a wide variety of vehicles to use and probably use something that will fit the neighborhood they are in. If you see the same vehicle make a few passes, they are either another monger up to the same thing as you or could be undercover LE, either way play it safe. As far as the corner with the green porch, its amazing that they are crazy enough to camp out there when every one including LE knows what they are doing. You would think that they would at least want to be a moving target rather than a sitting duck. Have picked up the occasional SW at that corner but felt very uneasy doing it due to fear of that corner being watched from a distance. If you were to pick a SW from there its best to get their attention and have them walk further down a side street, but again whoever is just camping out there is not the brightest bulb in the box, hopefully someone more discreet is just around the corner.
I'm assuming there is a police camera on that corner. Once a while a decoy lady police stands there and I observed she doesn't move much from that corner, rather wave her hand to drivers and have them come talk to her there.
