Well after seeing my brother for a bit last night I figure I would stroll for you guys so I could have a little scenery action. Low and behold Julie C is back on the stroll. I pulled over as I know her and her family. Shes a cool chick just strung out again. She said her Bf and her tumbled apart and now its time to relapse for a bit. Haines area was dead around 10pm. Gateway Motel had visit from Sheriffs at 10: 30pm. Cedar area had only one WSW loitering on 35th street. Also saw Carie's car in Cedar lot so I knew she was 'home'. Trnnnys behind New Plaza around 11:15, but dead on 34th street. Sun Daze estates dead at 11:45.

4th/9th streets were also dead from midnight to 12:30 am. Back to Haines area and dead as was Gateway. Cedar had nada at 1:30. Fat WSW by Cactus on 34th street at 1:45am. Sun Daze dead and New Plaza mostly trannys. Decided to call Stephanie and she actually had minutes and answered. Was at New Plaza and I headed back there. Nice bbjcim in her messy room upstairs. Told me she's only doing phone dates.

Took a right out along 34th and here's what I found.

Picked up a fairly thin blond, cute girl probably early twenties over on 31st Ave and 35th St. First thing she said to was "Do you have 50? " Well, I'm not about to answer that so I said no and she had me drop her off.

I don't know what to say except get some coffee at the DD and enjoy the ride south. I saw at least 6 WSW and 2 BSW, So if you can't make a choice than your to picky.
There was a little hispanic chick I have never seen before with blue jeans on a white shirt. She really looked cute for a SW but the Hodar was going off with lights a blinking.

From the chevron to the mosely is where you will see alot of traffic. Seems like they are migrating in that general area again.

I wouldn't say we know everything. We just try to stay informed and network with one another. This hobby requires team work otherwise you would be searching forever and a day and the hunt is alot of fun when you get to find something worth wild.

Anyway to answer your question:

"Assignation" means the making of any appointment or engagement

So it really is pretty much as your soliciting a sexual act for pay in regards to that charge. He could be arrested also for owning a place where the sexual acts are taking place also.
Here is the other charge thats applicable here:

building, or conveyance for the purpose of lewdness, assignation, or
prostitution.

So the clown that is dressed up with massacre could be dressed up as the Madam of the house.. LOL!!


I have not seen that actual charge in the data base in Pinellas or Hillsborough. You do see "precursor to prostitution" though. So it really is pretty much as your soliciting a sexual act for pay in regards to that charge.

After an uneventful day on the prairie on my way to take care of some personal business I noticed a few things. First NGH must be experiencing some economical melt downs as she was hitch hiking. LOL!! I usually see her pathetic self just standing at each bus stop she can find.

Second Hookahs {hookers} just in case we have some challenged folks here. I saw Miss Krystal running around in the local restaurant parking lots. For all you guys I shared a number with. Some of you didn't follow the directions and she got spooked and changed her digits. All I can say is when you set up something up it has to go as planned otherwise the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing.

Yes, I've noticed Patty Va.... and her deterioration. I've talked to her many times and have given her a couple bucks now and then, just like I do Dan the homeless guy, that cleans up around the BP at 13th and 34th st. If you run her PCSO sheet, she only has tresspassing and battery charges, no drugs. She told me the cops don't bother her much because she doesn"t "use", its the merchants that get pissed off and file tresspass against he. She has always looked bad, but she looks terrible now. I think her problems are mental as I've seen her talking to herself several times, and I can only remember seeing her "scoopd up" one time in all the years she's been out and about.

Morning commute and I turn over by the Tire Kingdom, I noticed two people coming out of the white fenced area where I guess they keep there dumpster. Haines and Gateway Motel also dead around 9:45-10: 15.

I was dreaming I was on my way to work at 12:30 this afternoon and decided to take the senic route to see if any talent was about. Boy was there. At 35th and 4th 2 BSW were out.
