I originally posted this in VB section, then thought better suited in general reports.

Came into town for a couple of nights. I walked everywhere! Stopped in Alot of places and made new friends.

Got into town Early Saturday afternoon and stayed hotel near Keeaumoku, specifically so I could walk everywhere within vicinity. Started off walking Kona to Red Rose where I went in to dead bar, with 2 gals in it, one who we had to wake up LOL as she was sleeping in the booth.

The list of news hotties reminded me of seeing Tammy Mori drinking there couple of times in the hole in the wall sort of bar with their set regulars and sometimes semi famous people drink there. Tammy drank beer straight from the bottle and drinks with haole girlfriends. What is interesting about this bar is that lessies drink there and I've witnessed small kine making out in the open with no shame they grabbing each other's boobs while kissing. These are local asians in their 30s and some of them were kind of hot. One time had this hot girl demanding the chick bartender to grab her boobs cause she was horny that night. Its a weird cliquish bar and they don't care about attracting 'new' customers. Everyone seems to know each other and walk around like its a party. In fact they seem leery of people they don't know. Only reason I went there is ran into a friend that goes there to sing karaoke. I'm too old for that crowd 30s and early 40s so feel a little out of place and havnt been there in a year or so. Sundays is their busy day (weird) and they don't open till 8pm. I think the bartender is bi and my friend said she was a known nympho but I have no idea. Both times I seen Tammy was Sunday.

Anyone been to this bar?

Smaller than La Vie En Rose but, bigger than Club Angels in Waikiki. Not bad the place. On the rightside is just a big open area with chairs, tables and tvs. On the left is the bar. I knew they would as we were the only ones there. We decided to move to the open area and the girls followed. Cute girls. One was Japanese and the other Chinese. Sang a few songs. Man, Japanese bars know how to tweak their karaoke systems. Sounded loud. The same with La Vi En Rose. Plus, like the wireless remote they use to enter the songs. They were nice and both of them had a cute smile. The Japanese one was Natsu and the Chinese one was Aki who speaks Japanese. Had fun teasing them. They actually came from La Vi En Rose and Club Angels. Not surprising. These BGs go bar to bar. Stayed with them about an hour and got them 2 drinks each. There were other girls that came in and they were not bad either. Aki mentions there's 10-15 girls total. Holy crap that's pretty plenty for a small place. Heh, curious to see how the other girls look like. This place been there a long time. I'll be back with 1K ready. LOL just kidding.

I think I also remember the site saying it didn't have an hourly charge which is completely new for me considering its a Japanese Hostess Bar. Just like us guys, some of us can drink forever and be ok while some get drunk on couple sips of beer even if they not small guys. There some bar girls who are alergic to alcohol while others can outdrink most guys. V girls don't matter cause its not about the drinks as much as the play costs. Sadly, most can drink more than we want or can spend before they get drunk. At Aoyama, I've shared a few bottles of crown reserve with a few girls on occasion and some can drink half the bottle with seemingly no effect. It was slow and a couple of the girls were sitting outside. Before we entered, I said to my friend: "So what? Are you ready to get mobbed?" Hehe. But, that wasn't the case.

I no mind buying a BG a drink but, if its blatant or they beg for it, its a turnoff because it shows desperation. It makes them appear unattractive when they blatantly hustle. Enter into a KB and already getting bombed by patriot missiles with Buy Me Drinkie labeled on them. Some of them are even Stealth bombers that appear out of nowhere and just see them sitting down next to me. I can see why they do that though. Another BG may approach you if the other one don't act right away. Plus, they know upfront that your not with any BG. If she sees you at the booth, she's going to think you already have a BG and therefore don't want to impose.
