I had a similar experience at Xindy's. From the outside I kind of reminded me of SF AMP, fs w/young attractive girls, so I went in. One lady in front that I was hoping was the mamasan, she wasn't. Your posting raises a question, which has probably been or is somewhere in the forum, but a search pulls up way to much on the subject.
So, my understanding is that LEO won't allow touching. I have found any escort or AMP usually will make/allow contact without discussing price. Once they make contact, I think you can assume they are not LEO
I'd be interested in knowing if anyone on here has been busted, and how it went down. What are other signs of LEO presence?

Thanks for weighing in on this, I've always found this weird too. I'm all for going down there, but I'm not going to pay EXTRA for that. But you're right, to each his own.

If you ask how much, they will always go high. ALWAYS! If they ask "How much will you pay me" tell them $30. If they say no, say OK just finish massage, I go with another girl next time or I will go to another spa. It works 99% of the time. You will get your finish. They are not your friends! They are not your GF! We are nothing more than a commission to them, no matter how much you like them or think they like you. It is a business and we are nothing to them. I wouldn't put anything past LE. Once it gets to court, it's their word vs. yours. Who's the jury going to believe? The police officer in uniform or the guy charged with soliciting sex?
Advice for all those who overpay:
1. Be and act Cheap. They dont care. Dont walk in looking like a million bucks. I know, I know, sometimes it cant be helped. But at least remove your $6,895.00 wrist watch and leave it in the car
2. Read past posts and see what is the normal pay for service. Dont exceed it no matter how much money you have. There is much info here regarding standard rates. Try to get the service for a lower price. Make it a game for yourself. I have said this many times before, you can always pay the full price with the excuse - I'm sorry I misunderstood you.
3. With most of these places there is no need for negotiation if you give the right signs. They and you just KNOW. You just tell them what you are willing to pay and never, ever, show the money until the price has been agreed.
a. However, I will admit it does take an amount of experience to know how to give the right signs. Experience = 10 - 15 different spas visited with different attendants. I might have exceeded 200
With the above being said, it really doesnt matter because there will always be people who will overpay, for cars, furniture,sex etc
Some of these Chinese places are happy with a $20 tip for a HJ. Try it next time.

I have been seeing quite a few cases where LEO busts a spa then sets up a sting to get customers as well. This is the second time I have heard about it in SC. Completely overlooking the question of how it can be legal for them to hijiack a liscensed business and use it in a sting I am still left wondering about a few things.
Do they use the regular spa attendants or do they substitute female LEO? In all my years I don't remember ever seeing an asian female cop. I'm sure they are out there and I may have seen one and forgotten, but it seems they would certainly be rare. What are the chances of a small town PD having even one much less the 2-3 that would be needed to make the AMP seem "normal" to a experienced monger (ie mamasan at the door and a couple attendants going about their business)? If you went to what you knew was an AMP and ended up with a white, black or hispanic attendant wouldn't that automatically raise questions in your mind?
It seemed in that video that the guys arrested were still fully dressed when they made the arrest, which suggests that they made the deal prior to even undressing much less getting a massage. I have heard of regulars in certain spas going right to the extras with a girl they know well, but have never done that myself or even been offered the choice. Every visit I have had, even in places I was well known, started with an at least prefunctory massage before moving to negotiations. I would be suspicious if a attendant started trying to negotiate without going through the regular routine first, especially if I hadn't seen her before. With that in mind, do the UC officers actually do a massage/ table shower if you insist on it before negotiations? I have had some pretty bad massages in certain AMPs, but generally they come across as being experienced/comfortable with the process. It seems that a UC would stand out in her lack of experience, raising another flag.
Bottom line, I don't see how they could fool an experienced AMP customer. It seems like the normal AMP vibe would be off. For my part, I would never discuss extras until after the massage and only then if the attendant brings it up first and I was comfortable with the situation. I would also be suspicious if a girl I was seeing for the first time didn't do the 20 questions routine that they normally do to protect themselves.
