Don't ask me; ask the expert: fbtom. He sent me some directions and said it was "easy," and, I am not a dumb person, but I can't get it to work either.

Ordinances such as the cell phone ban may have a basis in safety. But I agree with you Bad Boy that it is just one more reason for LE to stop and hassle you. I know some areas in NJ that use the ban as a way to make money for their township or county, just as is done with speed traps, because the fine is a stiff one.

There is a safety case to be made for banning cell phones. But I don't know that the political motives of the City of Brotherly Love were so pristine. I do know that a few members of the City Council, for whatever reason, have had a hard on for banning cell phones for some time now, and there has been press about it for several years. Ostensibly, banning cell phone usage while driving is to make driving safer for everyone. Insurance accident records and several independent studies would indicate that cell phones are a leading cause of car crashes. It is estimated that cell phone distracted drivers are four times more likely to be in a car wreck, and that cell phone usage is almost as dangerous as drunk driving. According to a Harvard University study, cell phones cause over 200 deaths and half a million injuries each year. Car-Accidents.com has even collected together cell phone related crash pictures. The studies further indicate that it is not just the fact that one is holding the phone and using one hand to drive the car. There are those who argue that perhaps only hand-held cell phone usage should be restricted, but that hands-free sets ought to be permitted. However, it is not merely the holding of a phone, that takes at least one hand off the steering wheel, that is the problem. The problem seems to be the overall distraction of talking and listening to someone on the phone. While there are some who claim this distraction is no worse than listening to a car radio, the safety records prove otherwise. I am not advocating a full ban, just stating the facts of the research.

I am sure we all have anecdotal stories about the cell phone user who hit us or almost hit us while driving or vice versa. I don't know what the statistics are on other types of distractions such as conversations with passengers (it would seem the same principle of distraction applies here). I often wonder what the statistics are for doing ANYthing distracting while driving, such as eating or drinking or even combing one's hair. I have seen some crazy distractions. I saw a woman tooling at full speed on the Schuylkill Expressway with the steering wheel between her legs as she was looking in the rear view mirror, and using both hands to apply her eye makeup. There should DEFINITELY be a ban against THAT!

The whole point was to show some [b]PAST[/b] street pics of Figueroa. There WAS no confusion about location nor "availability." All the viewer of the gallery had to do was read my linked post to discover these facts.

I do not begrudge a monger from indulging his desired sensual/sexual fetish or fantasy, but there are apparently some strange things going on out there. The following run from the relatively benign to the bizarre to the absolutely disgusting. I will let it for you to judge which is which.

1. One monger is well known to several DTs, and he likes to have smoke blown in his face.

2. One monger gets off just having his neck licked.

3. Foot and shoe fetishes are apparently extremely common. These fetishes range from just looking at the bare feet, to.... liking certain sizes of feet (large, small), sucking on toes, licking feet, desiring to lick and/or suck and/or smell particularly dirty or stinky feet or shoes, getting a "foot job."

4. There is a monger, apparently well known to several DTs, who likes to cut hair. Several have allowed him to trim their hair and he pays them in the neighborhood of .4 for the privilege. That seems more than a fair exchange: someone paying you to cut your hair. But his fetish runs a bit deeper than that. He also likes to trim the hair right down to the scalp and buzz cut the scalp. He usually gets the SW either drunk or very high to accomplish this because few would sit still for that sober. You may have noticed a few SWs with full or partial buzz cuts. They look like they have come from a concentration camp, and are likely the product of this monger's hair cutting fetish.

5. One monger wants the girl to squat over his mouth and pee and/or crap into it. (One DT has actually done this a number of times with this monger.)

6. One monger carries with him a pair of pink panties that (he says) belong to his 15 year old daughter, and he wants the SW to put the panties on and role play her, including repeating her name. (One DT has done this many times with this monger)

7. One monger keeps bugging SWs with young daughters (as young as 11 and as old as 15) to arrange a "date" with them.

I have been sharing some of the experiences of several SWs who are corresponding with me and sharing some of their experiences with mongers. Collectively I call this group "Deep Throat," an appropriate double entendre' inspired by the anonymous character of the same name we remember from the Watergate scandal.

I have my own experience to relate which completely grossed me out, and will cause me never to date this particular SW again, even though the rest of the experience was OK. It was so disgusting that I won't even link it to her name nor file a full report here on our date.

I had a date with a SW recently at the Carlyle. When we were finished she said she had to use the bathroom and I told her it was right around the corner. She got an anxious look on her face, took off her jeans and panties, squatted over the waste can, and proceeded to pee in it! To make matters worse the smell of it was putrid.

I was at a loss for words (a rarity for me, as you might imagine), but I finally had to ask her why she would do such a thing, and she said because she thought if she went in the bathroom that I might leave her there.

She was pretty and well built, and admittedly drug addicted, but peeing in the waste can....when the bathroom is right around the corner? That is inexcusable paranoia.

She's a lucky girl, if she had done that when with me it would've turned into a self furfulling prophecy as I would've definetely left her there after that. Not only is that disgusting it makes you look bad, I know from you're reports that you frequent this place pretty often, how's the "cleaning crew" gonna feel about the situation when they see what happened. All because she was paranoid you were gonna leave her. I've had girls scared I was gonna leave them before, I tell them that if I was there would be nothing they could do to stop me anyway. Yuck, now I'm really grossed out.

I ALWAYS make few turns and never discuss acts or price, or head to any parking spot or notel until I have made POSITIVELY SURE there is nobody following. I know that an undercover is unlikely to get in my car, but I take nothing for granted, and make sure there is no tail before I talk about anything even remotely incriminating. I also don't want anyone following me for the reason noted: some "friends" of the SW who would like nothing better than to separate me from my wallet, or worse. I also never go to a location suggested by the SW for same reasons: I don't want a nasty surprise either by LE or some thieves.

Wanting to have a little fun with a SW shouldn't cloud your judgment. I have been mongering a long time and I have never come even close to an LE sting or a robbery. And I don't plan on that changing at any time or for any reason.

Sorry to offend but I'm just trying to offer you a better way to pull off what you were trying to do. I think the rules state that you should post pictures that you have taken yourself. The has been acceptance of pictures from adds but my view point from a conservative technolgy stand point is that it almost never makes sense to duplicate pictures in the gallery. Being wasteful of resources no matter how plentiful is just raises the hairs on my back so I appologize if I come off a little harsh.

Twice this week a topic that can lead to instant banning has been brought up on this thread. I feel a moral and ethical obligation to point out that neither of these post needed to be made (super). This isn't funny or simply disgusting. We should have our fun but remember that some things are just plain wrong. I'm urging you publicly super to tell your deep throat that she needs to report this guy. He is predator and probably victimizing some child somewhere.

Now suggesting that other board members have done similiar things is a coversation that does not need to be started. I'm sure you remember the flack you got.
