Probably no license let alone any skills going off on perceived good looks. Majority, though I know of few that aren't, will just rub and finger press with no skills and get you to flip under 30 min. Then upsell and cut-time ensues after out door under 45 min. Better to visit the local established Thai MT who majority won't be so astute with their services as these transients Thai are. Pretty face no mean a thing after they take your hard earned kala under 45 min or less of so so attempt at supposed massage. Save your kala but YMMV.
