The girls work for tips, better service means more tips. I believe the girls comfort level with you is more important than anything else. Gain her confidence, gain her pants.

Went last week hoping to hook up with the Dutch girl but her and her crew are gone. New girl is OK, better looking but not as enthusiastic as Dutch girl.
