Does anyone who's been mongering the Tidewater area for a while remember a girl named Paige? She used to work the Tidewater area about 5 years ago. I can't speak to Waverly, but I do have experience at Cheetah's and all of the "Black Clubs" in the area (Purple Reign, Pure Diamonds, Platinum, Club Paradise and Liquid Blue).
If you have game and like black dancers, take out is available from all these clubs. Harder to do same day and if you are not a regular, but still possible.
