Prostitution Bust in Chesterfield
The following is a news release from Chesterfield Police
SEVEN MEN ARRESTED FOLLOWING JAN. 9 UNDERCOVER OPERATION
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA - Seven men have been arrested as a result of an Internet-based prostitution undercover operation on Jan. 9.
Detectives reviewed Internet sites that advertised female companionship, but are frequently used as a front for prostitution. Detectives created fictitious posts and arranged meetings between female undercover detectives and the men. Once detectives confirmed the suspects' intentions to exchange sex for money, nearby detectives moved in and took the men into custody.
The seven men are each charged with solicitation for prostitution. If convicted of solicitation for prostitution, suspects are required by state law to submit to an HIV test and must participate in counseling about HIV and its transmission.

Re: Sparkle (32 EE Im back)
Hey guys,
Unless some mongers post that they have seen her recently (very recently) I would be cautious with her. I am not someone who will say she is working with police without proof, but the only time I would have proof is if I got popped myself. She used to be all over CL almost every day with new postings and she was legit. But she disappeared for a while and right before she disappeared there were rumors she got arrested.
Now she is back and within a couple of days Chesterfield does an undercover op snagging 7 guys? Hmmmmmm?
I must say I have no proof and do not want to hurt her or her business, but I would be amiss if I didn't note my observations, after all it is the purpose of this board to help each other stay safe.

Supreme Court Rules Against Fourth Amendment!
The supreme court has ruled on January 14, 2009 that evidence obtained through illegal searches may be used to prosecute criminal defendants. "Criminal defendents". I Thought that you were innocent until proven guilty! This mean that not only can the police search without your consent and probable cause but can also plant "evidence" also and it is ok for them to do so! This is totally against the 4th amendment. That states:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
