Hyde Park can be a pain on things like on-street parking. I have some friends who live in the South Howard area and they're thinking of moving, in part because the neighborhood's getting a little too borderline (always was but had been transitioning up before the RE bubble burst).
Not sure about prices in Hyde Park or Channel Side, but a few of my friends live in some townhomes over in West Chase that are reasonable. I believe he pays like 1200 a month for a 2bed/2bath 1 car garage. Its nice and they have like a little village there with a grocery store also. I know its not downtown but I would live there just for the way its set up. Theres a few for rent there also so you would have some choices.

Sorry to waste space but this is the only forum I participate in online so it is my best hope to get information from real people with similar interests.

I would like to thank every one for the info. I have found something in Brandon. Yes it is a ways from Downtown but it was the best deal I could find in the short time frame I had. Still Brandon is not far away from Ybor Strip (Scarletts) and some clubs on SR 60. I am not sure that I want to partake in anything more in the short term. Maybe Eros or well reviewed CL girls. Need to take time to get to know the area. Don't need to get into any trouble and get fired from my new job.

I have a problem I been getting harassing phone calls restricted and its not just me its most of the bbws I've called around. I called the cell provider and the only thing they told me was to file a police report and the police is saying there is not much they can do till they get a death threat hummm. Thinking.
I haven't had any bad clients etc etc so I'm thinking of pursuing this to the fullest I have a low tolerance for bullshit. My lawyer also told me the same thing that I would have to wait till a death threat was received humm once agin thinking. Theres always gonna be assholes and those that don't like bbws and for the most part I respect everyones opnion but when you have nothing better to do with you time than harass and hate you have a serious mental illness. Any thoughts on how to pursue this quietly? If not I'm sure this prick will threaten my life soon enough.
Just so you know and maybe people know this or maybe they dont. Even when you get a *67 number thats restricted you can still call your local phone company get the number or cell phone provider. There are several ways to go about it. But they do know exactly who called you and from what number-- you can bet money on it as I know personally they have the information available to them as they talk to you.
Just ask them to provide you with a detailed list if and see what they give you. If not I will let you know a few other avenues you can travel.

Sorry to hear this. Some idiots get their kicks this way I suppose or perhaps they get off getting a "reaction" from you when they call. Anyway, here's a list of what I can think of off the top of my head.
(1) Tell LEO you DID get a death threat. It's your word against this goon. A visit from LEO just might get his/her attention.
(2) Can you get the call traced? Then hire a private detective to confront this goon.
(3) Call blocking... you didn't say whether you got the number of the person(s) calling and/or whether they always used the same number or called from various numbers.
(4) Change phone numbers - if you don't think you know this person maybe he/she got your number at random..it's always a possibility.
(5) Don't react and just hang up, when you get another call.

I apologize for the length, and for not sending via PM, but other ladies may need this info. Point out that the perpetrator continues with his course of action, you feel threatened, and they can arrest the person who did it as it is a misdemeanor, where as if they threaten you then it becomes a third degree felony. Information in hand is power.

Good job, Fugly! I think you came up with a great solution. The only problem will be to get LEO to actually take action and do something.
Anna tell him you work for Krispy Kreme and cannot come to work if threatened. Then LEO will do something as he will want to keep his favorite donut supplier in business. Otherwise what will he do all day?

My 18yo SB
I spent a nice evening last week with my 18yo Sugar Baby from up Ocala way. I took off from work early on Thursday and she came down mid afternoon. I'd expected her to be at my house waiting and told her I wanted her in a short skirt and bent over my couch when I got there but, I was there before she was so that didn't work out.
