I noticed a couple of reoccurring ads, anyone have any info on these? The last 2 are the most sketchy (especially the deposit one, even if its 5 bucks) while the first one I posted I have contacted and got a decently quick reply.

She does her messaging with a phone app that has what seems like a 15 minute lag after sent or read. The last time, she flipped out because I said I would be to her place-and doesn't show up on maps correctly because its out in the county-in 20 minutes but showed up in 10. She thought it was the best opportunity to go get gas and claims she wasn't there yet. It was my first time there in the middle of the night also. Then I get a message saying that she's got bad vibes and wants to reconsider. I am not going to put up with that type of nonsense, and won't continue to bother with it.

It came up correct on maps for me both times I saw her. She's not high volume and if you were 10 min early why not wait the 10 min?
