In the little county area between Santa Ana and Tustin, on Ponderosa just off of 17th, yesterday afternoon there were three open MP's. The one facing the street is the one that housed what we called "The Girls of Ponderosa" back in 2008. The other two are a little ways up in a little beat-up-looking strip mall area. I've heard those two are legit, but I have no first-hand experience. Also, an MP on the south side of Irvine in Tustin was open. And, really strange to say, I passed by two open tattoo places yesterday as well.

She told me the shop was closed. The owner is doing renovations to the rooms during the closure. Also, the owner of CBK/YST and Miracle said she was closed.
So, make your own decision as to whether sessions are occurring or not.

I think calling ahead would be super prudent these days; I usually call ahead anyways just to ensure my picks are in and working that day. But with the COVID-19 and general state of "safer at home" for all of California, I wouldn't be surprised if most shops close up until things get better.

I've been to questionable shops where, after my session was ending and I'm getting dressed, the provider is straightening out the linens and towels on the table. Not replacing but straightening the sheets in preparation for the next monger. It's true the contaminant will survive for only a shorter period on a fabric or cloth surfaces but that could still be up to 24 hours. If you visit, you can ask that the linens be changed at the start of your visit but who knows how your request will be met. I may sound petty but in these times, good luck and be safe!
