I'm not lawyer and don't know what "capitalism impediment" means, but seems like casting an unlawfully wide net in a place where there is presumed privacy for patrons (a place where I would normally disrobe before laying down for a legal massage and expect privacy). One good side of this is that Robert Kraft has deep pockets and I assume will spare no expense in legal action defending himself. I hope it results in overturning ALL cases brought by this sheriff where cameras were surreptitiously placed in private rooms AND for the sheriff to be taught a lesson on overzealous police action.
I further suspect that any claim of trafficking etc. Is overblown, if not outright false. Don't get me wrong, I don't want any women to be subject to trafficking and / or doing something against their will, but my radar tells me this is typical over sensationalism on the Sheriff's / LE part. Don't forget, Sheriffs are ELECTED officials.

There is an extremely strong case against the law enforcement agencies for the months that they were recording sex acts, if that is true, with sex trafficking after they had tons of so-called proof without enforcement of the law. Then you have the NFL's previous six games suspension of Irsey, the Colts owner, for his DUI. Along with his maximum fine of half a million dollars. This could, and hopefully, cause Kraft to not accept any deal that does not include complete innocence of charges.

So who wore the cameras? What records? In any prostitution sting I've ever heard of, the "johns" are arrested on the spot for solicitation before the actual act. In this case, it seems that not only were they able to pay for and finish the act, they were allowed to leave and return again later. Interestingly, I've seen no mention of any therapists being arrested during this operation. Only their clients. Could the therapists have been working with law enforcement under duress? The script seems to have flipped. It's always been the therapist who had to worry about us being law enforcement. Now it seems we have to be concerned about our therapists being possible informants. If law enforcement has started targeting the clients rather than the therapists.
I know the facts aren't all out and the story is still developing. Maybe Kraft and the others arrested did something blatantly foolish. Having a limo drop him off was ill-advised. Not a lot of discretion there. Still, it sounds like a potential game-changer. I was never concerned about my therapist working with law enforcement. I'm definitely going to start paying more attention now. Thoughts?
Apparently LEO staged a fake bomb threat to evacuate the strip mall, which is when LEO installed the cams.
I don't want to be chicken little. However, anyone remember the Statewide bomb scare hoax back in Dec? Interesting coincidence.

Thoughts?[/QUOTE]While you should be on the lookout, just keep in mind that these are big, expensive, time-consuming operations whose purpose is really to produce publicity for the police department. As an actual law-enforcement tool, I'm skeptical of its general utility. Too logistically difficult. If it doesn't pay off, it could also be an expensive boondoggle. Most massage operations are very small businesses and it's just not worth the time of the police to go to this level of effort.
The worst part of this is its social uselessness. No government in the history of the world has ever eradicated prostitution. Its demand simply moves elsewhere. If the police and the misguided do-gooders pushing them to close the spas succeed, what will happen? The excess demand will go to backpage and the streets, where it's far less safe.

Well, I don't know why I thought I read good news about this place. Nice "fluffy" young lady, talked too much and I'm about 87% sure she tried to over play her accent. She ended with a handshake but I thought this place had more options. #lame.
