Have recently stepped my game up from street walkers and AMPs and decided to try some young Asian CUT.
Eachh time I try to book I get asked for referrals or girls I've seen before. I'm new to this side of the game so how I do go about getting my feet wet. And by feet I mean cok.

Some K-orgs may be willing to accept you without references but then you'll need to be prepared to give them a copy of your driver's license, selfie, proof of employment and other identifying personal info. Otherwise, as suggested in the BB thread, set up a Humaniplex account. Buy FXPoints to get out of quarantine and access messaging privileges. Set up appointments, have your fun and then ask them to rate you to build your network. You might need to see a few newbie-friendly girls for ratings before certain K-orgs will allow you to see their girls.
I noticed you asked about carpooling with other mongers. According to Booker Gray's newbie instructions, if you're friends with a BG veteran IRL, they can vouch for you with their real name and phone number. I'm not sure if other K-orgs accept IRL friends vouching for you but you can check with them. Good luck bro!
