Vegas is re-opening so I decided to restart my adventure too.

This spa is located right next to an optometry on S Jones. A petite Chinese lady in her late 30's greeted me and indicated $70/ hour. Face was OK with B cup. I stripped down in the massage room and the same lady came in to begin working on my back. Massage skills were lackluster. After 20 minutes or so it was time to flip. She held my junior and asked how much I had. I said 40 and she almost rolled her eyeballs out of the sockets. She said HE was usually 100 and the 40 was just enough to tip her for the "regular massage", so from her point of view she was giving me a HE for free. Not sure how much are the other guys paying at this place, but I never paid more than 60 for a HE at a massage parlor in Vegas. Always stay within budget.
