My lawn service buddy was feeling frisky again today and he asked me if I wanted to go along for a cruise around since I have seemed so curious as to his daring exploits. SO, I jumped in the back seat and blended into the upholstery.
At about 4:30, he cruised up 41. A med. Tone BSW walked out of the city name-saked inn and smiled as he drove by. He passed as it was not his flavor of the day. HE had a mission to seek out Kelly Kelly Kelly. Just up the road a hundred yards, just and of the Bell, he saw a very tanned WSW? Almost as dark as the prior smiler! LOL. He said "I think that is Kelly! So he quickly hung a rightie and waited by self'sto place but she never walked by! Disappeared!
The conclusion that I gave him was since she was doing the phone thing as we passed by, she prob. Had a regular texting her to meet up at the Bell and she MUST have turned around. He drove some more circuiting and I finally said I was thirsty and asked him to go for a beer at Scarlettz. My hangout at times. We did, Jamie was there by the way, but no RhiRhi Rhianna. It was lame, so after a beer, we ventured out again on a Kelly Kwest. She musta got an offer for the whole evening cause she never reared her head again! The first BSW was out by the Bell and smiled again, but he did not take her bait. He had Kelly on his "little" mind. Driving around he kept seeing this younger girl who looked a bit miserable. Musta been jonesing? He finally talked with this anxious one at a svc. Station when he went in for a sodapop. Angel was her name but he said "I'm looking for Kelly Kelly Kelly! She said she would be by the Bell, most likely. At the end of his attempts, he decided to maybe give Angel a try, called her over, in car negotiated on. 2, then drove off with me in the back seat. She was unaware of my presence!
At Grande, he changed his mind, you-turned and dropped her off due to being turned off by her depressed tone and her latte colored teeth. She seemed dismayed and disappointed and asked "am I not good enough" or "I don't look good enough? Something like that. He gave her a fin to go for a snack and beverage. She did. He just was not in the mood for anything but Kelly, or Nikki, who he texted a couple times I bet.
Nik never txtd back though.
Off to PPB he went and about 2 blocks from Ortiz, he saw a woman in Red / white who seemed energetic and from a distance, and at speed, looked promising to him. HE had to pull over to text Nikki again, as he does not txt and drive, and while finishing, this girl jumped into his car and said Hi. I'm Nancy! And extended handshake. He asked her if she needed a ride or something but was acting as if to text some more and he was not happy to see her up close in his car with blotchy skin with tann, some scabs or sores on leg, bad teeth and acting energetic (like a squirrel or crack). He stumbled on words and she asked "you did not pull over for me? HE said NOOOooo. Just wanted to text. She said OK, jumped out and slammed the door (probably inadvertently due to crackish behavior? OK. Now I am having fun in the back seat witnessing all this.
He finished his text, drove east and saw a car pull out which may have had a blonde SW in it. Oh. And Nancy was there texting or something. Maybe they know each other.
SO. I said that NFM is supposed to be an evening spot! So, about 6:30, he drove up Biz 41. Just S of RJs, some girl with long red dyed hair waved at him as he looked and she was with a skinny white dude. He went and a bit, you-turned when it looked OK to do so, glanced up evergreen and went past the red head who noticed him again and he went to the Speed and parked to text some more. As this girl approached, the dude pealed off, then a few seconds later a tall black dude went up to her and she rapidly chased him off as she seemed to now be on a mission. As she approached Speed, she walked by him without looking, then a LEECO SD car drove by!. A few seconds later, while he was texting with doors locked and window down a bit, she approached and said HI. He said Hi. What's your name? She said Melissa with her scarred nose and looks which were much better from afar, LOL. HE said He was not interested. Too many cops (and he though there were reviews on her being negative in the past?
So he dropped me off at my house and he was on his way to take love into his own hands, I guess.

I do. "and then looked at a car parked in the rear alley. A brother in a "fancy car" who was parked out back, that she was seemingly walking toward as a pickup. As my buddy left Taco Bell after a crunchwrap supreme, he had passed him opposite and almost ran her over in the slot at the closed down buffet alley, LOL. That is why he said HI to her. And to offer her a ride since it was so freaking hot and she did not really look like a SW but just a nice average girl.
Well that bro took off. Lucky for him. My buddy said Well, get in, and she said she couldn't just get in car, so he said Well, then I can't give a ride! And he took off. He said he notice a guy in front of lot looking back on a 2 way. He then thought that her hair was covering her ears and she did not really act the part. He got scared off and is now repenting his ways, LOL. I TOLD HIM!
For sure she was stinging.

Also. What if a known SW has made a deal with LEO after being busted for some bad stuff. They put her in field, wired, what is to stop her from getting into a car and then try to get a dude to make some statements upfront without being "coerced" or pryed to make statements? An Auntie Leonetta may not get in car by their own safety protocols and entrapment rules or fact that such an action could nullify HER testimony due to HER aggressive / proactive action (framed), BUT, I bet an informant can go the extra mile if Uncle convinces her to do so with wire. Really, from what I read, I have advised my buddy to not say much, just give a ride chat and drive for a bit, get LEO check underway prior to any other futures discussion. Or, if it feels off, say nothing other than "I am going to take you back, drop you off. ".
With Lurkers FL Law insites he went on again
My gardener buddy felt comfortable again after reading lurks law lesson and after the rain, he went driving around due to boredom. Going and on 41, he saw what appeared to be, from a distance in the dark, a slender brunette with black shirt and shorts with short or updo hair. He pulled in b4 grace and to his surprise, another truck was there waiting. She seemed a bit confused, but after my buddy drove on politely, she took a ride, in the other, to get out of the rain. He said "Shoot". Other than that, later on, a tall WSW with black shorts / shirt and blonde hair was acting friendly and saying hello, but he was not interested at the time for conversation with her as she was larger boned than he likes to chat with. Nothing on PPB or NFM so he went to a club and killed a few beers and had some conversation with others at bar. Off he went again and was sad due to not ever seeing that first brunette again. Not much else cooking. So, he traveled toward Punta Gorda and near RJz he saw a youngish girl floundering around wandering. HE thought, then decided to try out RJz and in the lot was approached by a girl at very early in AM who wanted a ride. Well, . 2 was there and. 2 was OK as it was "late". Crystal was her name and she was not that talkative and not that easy to look at her face, etc. But OK. Good skillz otherwise except the Catch and Release moment could have been more betterer. He did not roam UTC, just OTC and spank.
She was acting normal he said, but wanted a ride to a specific place and he was not keen on that so nearby was OK too. Nothing missing from his car. LOL. He should just become an UBER Ride svc. LOL. He shoulda just went for conversation with the taller bigger girl from 41 in his retrospect.

SW & the law when stopped

Fort Myers has the area on the books as such. I don't know the exact delineation that they use, but it does include the area from Carroll St north to downtown. I don't think the police actually wire up girls. But I do think they will have a girl walk 41 and deliberately get into a car in front of them so they can pull the car over and bust the driver for the anti-cruising ticket. I heard that the cops will let the SW leave with no citation / arrest, which if they have priors, they are not allowed to be walking that same area and getting into cars, so their being let go and not arrested when a driver gets a ticket does imply that the girl is working with the police.[/QUOTE]From personal experiences don't rely on the law or probable cause, because FM LEO use a very loose interpretation of the law and our rights.
I've been stopped several times but never detained.
Once a girl in my vehicle was taken to jail cost me $ to bail her out, which I was OK with paying since she was honest with police and didn't try to screw me over by ditching stuff in my car. Not going into too much details on stop (not sure who reads and or monitors this site) but I was given a warning while driving with a known prostitution & loitering with no know destination in mind. The officer told me to be more careful and that if anything was found in my car I would have been arrested something about constructive possession or some such.
1) Have your story straight before police question you and girl. Example "I've known you for years and I just stopped to see how you're doing and take you to breakfast. You may be pressured into admitting the girl solicited you (not a lawyer) but I always stick to story arrange as soon as police lights are seen.
2) Keep an eye out some girls won't hesitate dropping something under her seat or yours.
Two of the three times I was stopped was for BS reasons failure to come to complete stop, which I did since I knew the police were behind me. And once for a break light not working, nothing wrong with light even proved it to cop after stop was completed, wouldn't let me prove it before he went through normal BS.
The third time I broke the rule and picked a girl up right on grand St. Didn't know cop was a couple long blocks back.
