Hey senior members and regulars gentleman, will be coming to Cincy area this upcoming weekend and next. I have mainly stayed in the Dayton area for the last 3-4 years and haven't been mongering in cincy in quite a while. Would love to have some contact info on some of the nicest, youngest providers out there. I love the petite and tall slender girls. So if anyone has any suggestions and contact info I thank you ahead of time.

So here's the deal... Cruise the length of McM, watch for LE, and LE stings who look TGTBT. "Do some work out in the streets", and follow the rules. Please let us know if you find SWs to your liking and provide us with some valuable feedback. I'll bet an MD could do that.

Wanted some quick insight on the local street action and wanted to make the most of my visit. I sincerely hope that if a fellow senior member wanted to scope out the northern areas of ohio. They would be given the same accommodations. I did get a good laugh though. NO, I am not the notorious sex-sting doctor. You made my day on that one.

Those members that feel up to sharing any bit of information, well it would be much appreciated and I would like to think pretty darn hospitable of you. On this forum in the "Amateurs" section there is a section for SW maps. Cincy maps are in there. Another option if you want to look is to take a drive through covington. South on scott from about 7th to 12th, and then turn right on 12th go one block to madison and north to about 7th.

Not to turn this into the legal advice section, but. ORC 2907. 24: Soliciting para (D) states in part that they SHALL (meaning MUST) , suspend your DL for the use of a motor vehicle while soliciting. It says nothing about seizure of the vehicle. This has been used in other states, and it could be used in OH if there would be a local ordinance that states that they can seize a vehicle for such offense; not sure if Cincy has such an ordinance but it is not so stated in ORC that I could find. The US Supreme Court has sanctioned the seizure of vehicles that were used in the committing of a crime, so it is legally possible but I have not personally heard of this locally, if it has happened.

The minimum civil fine is $500. 00. The fine increases as it becomes delinquent or goes to collections.
Additionally, Section 759-5 (a) , (be) , and (see) ("Impoundment of Motor Vehicles Used to Facilitate Officer Evasion, Prostitution or Drug Related Crimes") says.
(a) In addition to the imposition of a civil fine, a police officer may impound and cause to be towed any motor vehicle when the officer has probable cause to believe that the motor vehicle was used to facilitate the commission or attempted commission of a crime involving failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, sexual activity for hire, and / or a crime involving the possession, delivery, transportation, purchase or sale of illegal drugs
(be) Upon impounding the vehicle, the police officer shall provide by hand delivery to any present owner or person in control of the vehicle notice of the fact of the impoundment, notice of a civil offense and civil fine, the location of the city impound lot and the right to post a cash bond.
(see) If the vehicle owner is unavailable to receive such notice, then the police officer or agent of the city police department shall provide notice to all owner (s) of the vehicle at addresses set forth in the vehicle registration within three business days of the date of impoundment. The notice shall include the fact of the impoundment, notice of a civil offense and civil fine, the location of the city impound lot and the right to post a cash bond.
If you are unsuccesful in getting your car released, post a bond, etc, then Section 759-15, entitled "Sales of Impounded Vehicles" provides that,"Vehicles impounded pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to sale, provided that the city may not begin proceedings to sell the vehicle when the city is notified by the owner of the impounded vehicle that the violation of §759-3 or § 759-4 is under pending appeal."
I did not find anything saying there is a straight up forfeiture of a monger's car. But it sure seems like your car and you can be through a nightmare under the wrong circumstances.
This discussion has taken an interesting turn. We have an advertising provider who cautions us against cruising the streets 'cause they will take your car? Could be unprejudiced advice. Or not. If you cruise and pick up an SW at one tenth the cost, it cuts into the escort business.
I have several times heard reports that LE CAN impound your car (LE makes this threat often since fear is a major force against mongering) , but have never heard of a car actually impounded on the sole count of mongering. Anyone, anyone? Perhaps it has happened, but I would think the action would have been reported on this forum (one of the valuable functions of our forum).
Even IF cars have been impounded. Having your car impounded is extremely unlikely if you follow the rules. (I posted a set of 13 rules years ago-Jackson has summarized them so we don't keep repeating ourselves.) BUT, the key rules to avoid LE bust:
1) Do NOT negotiate thru the window. If she doesn't jump right in, bye, bye. Stinging females do NOT get in the car. (You HAVE scoped out the area for lurking LE, right?)
2) Leave the pickup area immediately, watch your rear view mirror.
3) Do NOT discuss "What for how much?" until you have left the hot zone and have innocently asked if she minds a touch to her breast or crotch (NO mention of $).
I do not think that I am wrong in believing that you can be busted only for ACTUALLY offering money for sex? So don't do that until you are well clear of surveillance, etc.

Or worse, ditched them under your front seat to avoid detection in the case of a search of her person. This would then make them "your chemcials" since they are in "your car". So the risk is relatively high of unintentionally possessing drugs while soliciting. Just one of the risks of participating in the street hobby, as I see it.

CINCINNATI. Cincinnati police said they arrested 19 people in a prostitution sting Wednesday.
Police said the 18 men and one woman were arrested during the operation in Price Hill and Lower Price Hill by officers from the Vice Control Section.
The 18 men were charged with soliciting and / or loitering to solicit prostitution. The one woman arrested was charged with obstructing official business. All of the charges are misdemeanors.
Police said they also impounded 10 vehicles under the ordinance that imposes a civil fine for those charged with soliciting.

Cincinnati's finest are INDEED concentrating on titillating the public with their prowess: busting non-violent offenders of the crime of engaging in a consensual business transaction and impounding their cars. Sheesh. And this at a time that street gun play continues to rage in Cincinnati's inner city? The Puritans win over those who believe that the REAL problem is violent crime, not limited non-violent 'offences'. Still, we have yet to hear from anyone on this board who has personal experience impoundment due to mongering (maybe because forum participants are aware of prudent mongering practices?)

However, we all made dumb mistakes while learning through trial and error before finding this website and it's list of 22 Rules. As Giani as pointed out, merely following the condensed list of 3 should be enough to keep someone out of the grasp of an LE sting. The remaining rules are sort of icing on the cake.
Certainly there is someone here that has experienced a sting and / or impoundment in their past, but chooses not to speak up. Perhaps it is concern that other members are just going to rub salt in the wound confirming how badly they screwed up. We can be rather tough sometimes on some of the guys here both newbies and seniors alike.
It might be wise though if someone does decide to speak up about such an incident, state the facts but do not be so specific about location, date, and time especially if your bad luck was local and recent. We would not want the "headline seekers" that spend way too much time reading here rather than fighting crime to make a connection between a real life identity and someone's handle that is used here to share fantasy stories.

IF the conjunctive word "and" was enforced by the courts in impoundment cases, it would be a very rare case where the government could win, since all three crimes would have to be going on. Drugs in the car + a provider in the car is one crime short for a successful impoundment if the word "and" was actually the law under Section 759-5 (a).

Where have I been, must been under a rock, new to the site, but if anyone know where SW is, I am definitely your #1 Guy. From my times as Mid-Level dealer, I saw the tricks&johns Underworld! This DOPEBOY CHRONICLES, STAY TUNE.
It seems as though a lot of guys arrested for soliciting are Mexican. They probably don't speak English too well and sure as hell not familiar with the site and rules. I would have to say that our knowledge of the law as well as useful info on the board helps us out a great deal.
I've avoided a LE sting first handed once. After pulling over and pretending I was texting, she approached the car and I asked if she needed a ride. She wanted to negotiate through the window so I clearly stated to her "I was not interested in that type of illegal nonsense" LOL. If she were a real SW, she would have sensed the sarcasm and hopped in the damn car. Instead I was given a warning to be careful about police in the area (wink wink) as I proceeded to pull off. She might as well have said "get out of here and don't come back or I'll bust your ass". I have to admit, it was a fucking rush! It would have been interesting to see her response to the nude modeling approach.
I feel bad for the poor guys that don't know any better and lack the street smarts. Remember, they can always try arrest you even though you don't take the bait but it would never hold weight in court. You would be amazed at the percentage of cases that get dismissed. You would also be amazed at the percentage of people that simply don't exercise their right to trial. LE uses that to their advantage a lot of times. If you look like someone who would not be smart enough to go to court and fight it, the chances of you being arrested just doubled. I'm not saying to act like a pompous know-it-all arrogant lawyer type when you get pulled over, but they should see it in your eyes that you know what the fuck is going on. I would go down fighting (in court gentlemen lol). Would you?
Was on Reading Road. And Section Road. Around 3pm. And saw a red head (little on the heavy side however very nice face and looked clean nice jeans) that kept giving the look. I was sure she was working however could not stop as I had to be somewhere else at that time. Went back around 5pm and made a few passes however no luck this time.

Alot lower resources needed for busting people for these things not to mention the fines imposed, knowing most people won't fight it as to keep as little publicity as possible. They get recognition in the media which means more on their resumes to swoon the puritans over with. Just watch how bad it gets if sb5 passes and pretty much busts up LE unions. And impose some sort of quota it'll be a terrible mess. Theyd rather concentrate on traffic citations and hobbists, knowing 90% of all fined will pay the fines just to get it over with whether they could win or not. Small amount of over head and unchallenged fines, its complete bs! And the idiots will buy into this BS thinking they are doing a better job, while violent and true crimes continue to escalate.
Met Amy tonight, a WSW, somewhere in the vicinity of the 2400 block of McMic. Was wearing a coat over a white tank top and jeans. She was somewhat busty, but also was a little on the chubby side overall, and sort of had a baby face (although said she was 33 so maybe it was just my failing eyes in poor lighting). Says she is close with Red Head Jaimey and that she has been away for a bit but is now back working the stroll. Maybe that additional tidbit helps someone recognize the Amy in question.
I would repeat if I see her again because she was soft spoken, had a laid back attitude, was clean, smelled good, no upsell and no drama. I had to finish the job by hand though, but through no fault of hers or the quality of her BJ skills. We had been parked for about 10 mins when another vehicle ended up parking behind us, left the engine running and did not cut its lights. No one got in or out so maybe they had the same thing going on that we did, but talk about a distraction! I couldn't get my head back in the game at that point. We maybe went another 5 mins this way before I decided that I didn't like the defense and called the audible.
I think that the sentiment over the term "impound" is getting somewhat blown out of proportion.
Let's look at impound; that is what happens when a motorist is arrested and cannot continue to nevigate their vehicle. Hence a towing company is called and the car is towed to a private company's storage lot, and hence the vehicle is impounded. Quite a different matter if the vehicle is seized and forfeiture occurs.
I think the vast majority of cases that we hear or read about are impounds, not seizures. So until we have evidence about seizures of vehicles being used, while the operator was arrested for soliciting, or loitering to solicit, (the two most common charges) , then let's not get carried away here. I do not think that the "boogie man" is in the next room waiting to pounce on me.

Over $100 to retrieve your vehicle at the lot on Springrove Avenue. Then had to explain it to the wife because of a notice that arrived in the mail over a week after I was caught. As discussed at post no. 2053, a lot of thing have to happen to you before your car is lost via the impoundment process. But what is unavoidable (absent an acquittal) is paying the civil fine / posting a bond (at least $500. 00) and paying the impoundment lot fee ( $300. 00). That's what the impoundment fee was when I got my car out of the lot a few years ago for parking in the wrong place. The impoundment fee surely has gone up since then. (Well heck, the sign said "Fine for Parking" or word to that effect, so it must have been okay to park there, right?). These payments are in addition to what you get to pay for the solicitation / loitering fines or attorney's fees. In addition to the missing cash from your bill fold, you might have to explain to your wife or significant other why your vehicle is temporarily MIA.
Double line. While there is a big esoteric difference between impoundment and forfeiture, the practical consequences of impoundment can be very real. The recent reminders from the Srs. About using the Rules can prevent all this nonsense.

Hopefully you were able to think on your feet with the deniability with the spouse, or that she has a semblence of a sense of humor. I don't envy having that convo.

I too was out yesterday and although the SW weren't out uncles si sure was. I saw a blond taller uc female who has a softball build handcuffing a working girl on elm. I have seen her before in price hill she is about 5'7 and has blond hair always up in pony tail, also always wears khaki shorts and long sleeve tee (by always I mean the two times I've seen her) I also saw multiple cops gathering on both ravine and Mohawk. This was about 5 pm so just make sure your are following the rules and watching your 6. Happy hunting!

I have gotten some chuckles out of some of Bill Fanta's stories, so here is my turn. It seems that I didn't follow the rules as well as I thought with Christine. I went to grab a cigar this afternoon and noticed my case was missing. It was a nice case filled with at least $50 of cigars. It was in the floor well of back seat behind the passenger chair. Either I have lost my mind or it accompanied Christine when she walked out of the car last week.
I am shuddering at the thought of someone trying to empty the long filler from the good cigars to make blunts.

I believe that I did see Mona, who I have not seen in a while, in the area between Ravine and Mo. She was dressed in all black and showing lots of cleavage which was exciting since things had been dry until that point, but she was gone when I came back through. That area is so hot though I am not certain I would have stopped even if she was still there.
I finally spied with my little eye an angel in the area of the catering company on McMic that I had reported about (the white van) a couple of weeks back. Angel was the name that she gave me anyhow and she was a thin, blondish, WSW with a decent attitude, and fairly good skills as well. She does have digits which I have collected. I enjoy the hunt, but it's good to have an ace in the hole for those almost dry nights ahead.
