You will run the risk of being blacklisted with a k-org, especially one whose girls are easily booked up daily.

Has happened less than 5 x in the past 10 years or so. No repercussions from the org, not BLd at all and each time I texted the booker right away and explained why I walked.
I may have just been lucky but if the girl looks (or acts) that bad I'd walk tomorrow, without hesitation.

HYAs at C-orgs average around 4 bills hr but their hhr are 2 bills hhr which is cheaper than K-orgs. This includes the K girls and eastern European girls working for C-orgs.

Some are understanding while some are just assholes. Being a regular will definitely be in your favor if you happen to choose to leave. I walked out multiple times, didn't have any issue. Heck, I've walked out even before seeing the girl behind the door because the booker didn't know what punctual meant and kept me waiting past what I considered fair and adequate. However, I've always been straight with the booker and I suggest you do the same.
For girls that don't have reviews, ask if the photos are real or representative. Make it known to the booker that if the photos grossly misrepresent her, you'll walk. Depending on their reply, you can make an informed decision on what to do. I wouldn't risk a BL on a 10 second window snap decision on whether to see the girl or not out of the blue. If both you and the booker come to an understanding on what is expected, it'll save you time as well as theirs. Note that this doesn't come without drawbacks, you may be categorized as too "picky" and suddenly not be able to book girls because of "reasons". Evaluate for yourself if you want to take this route or power through fugly kgirls from time to time.

You will find they are not attractive, or not hot, or pretty old, or not good service.
For rates of over $400 in Andyvip, you will find you can find same quality in K-org with rate about $280-$320.
If you still want to explore, you can try.
