M Spa Report:

Went to M Spa last night on, you guessed it, "M" Street and received awsome bareback FS from my old girl friend (sorry but I want to keep her name covered) who just came into town. Before going to M Spa, I cruised the streets to see what I could see on the SW scene. NADA. I guess in that part of town there is nothing happening. I did come across a couple of incidents that had me hopeful. There was this guy standing in the street with this 10 rated spanish looking girl standing on the curb. I thought he might be pimping her out. I slowed took a good look, passed by and turned around. I pulled up to him and she came over to the car and I thought HOT DAMN!!! this is my lucky night when she told me that she and he were just holding the parking space for their friend. Wow, expectations skyrocketed then crashed and burned all in about one minute.

I saw another guy around the corner doing the same kind of thing waving in the street. Didn't see any women nearby but another dude hanging back on the sidewalk. I thought maybe they were selling drugs, but again I realized that they were holding a parking place.

All and all a fun night out.

First time poster here and a bit green at the hobby, but have been lurking for a while to learn.

Went to Supra about a week ago, since I'd been there once, and had a so-so experience, but figured after a good dose of RTFF, I might be able to get a bit more out of it. Apparently several others had a similar idea that Sunday afternoon, because they were so busy I was told to come back in a half. Had a bit of food at McCow's to kill the 30 mins., and got the same "We're busy" treatment when I went back. I picked a bad time, apparently.

Having RTFF enough and putting a few places into my trusty notebook, I decided to try Downtown based on good reports. I'm definitely glad I paid attention, because I'd have never found it without some research. Went up the creepy stairs and began to wonder if I had the right place until, sure enough, I smelled the soap coming from outside the door.

Mamasan let me in with the usual "Been here before?", to which I said yes, but it had been a couple months (yeah right). Led me to a room, and didn't even ask for the house fee. I did the usual undress ritual, and was a bit taken aback by the "We only to stretch training. . ." sign for a second, until I was greeted by the beautiful Ruby. Around 5'5", nice set of B's, and all around great body in a bikini. I volunteered the house fee, since she didn't seem to ask either. Best to not try to gyp them, and well, knowing the price made the been there before bit seem believeable. I said I'd been out of town, which is technically true, as I don't actually live in DC.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Supreme Court has again given police greater power to stop and question suspects, ruling Monday that a Nevada cowboy could not refuse to give his name to officers who tried to question him along a roadside.

The case was the fifth victory for law enforcement this term in cases involving search and seizure by law enforcement.

The narrow 5-4 ruling was seen as a defeat for privacy advocates

Larry "Dudley" Hiibel, the Nevada rancher at the center of the case, had become a minor celebrity for those who believed he was standing up for his constitutional rights.

He was arrested after he told a deputy that he didn't have to reveal his name or show an ID during an encounter on a rural road in 2000. Hiibel was prosecuted, based on his silence and fined $250. The Nevada Supreme Court sided with police on a 4-3 vote.

In its ruling announced Monday, the justices upheld Hiibel's misdemeanor conviction. Writing for the majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy said, "Asking questions is an essential part of police investigation. In the ordinary sense a police officer is free to ask a person for identification without implicating the Fourth Amendment."

Kennedy noted that having identification has benefits to both police and suspect. "Knowledge of identity may inform an officer that a suspect is wanted of another offense, or has a record of violence or mental disorder," he wrote. "On the other hand, knowing identity may help clear a suspect and allow the police to concentrate their efforts elsewhere."

In a dissent, Justice John Paul Stevens said that because Hiibel was the target of a police investigation, he "acted well within his rights when he opted to stand mute."

Stevens said, "There is no reason why the subject of police interrogation based on mere suspicion, rather than probable cause, should have any lesser protection."

Monday's ruling was a follow up to a 1968 decision that said police may briefly detain someone on reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, without the stronger standard of probable cause, to get more information, according to a report from The Associated Press. Justices said that during such brief detentions, known as Terry stops after the 1968 ruling, people must answer questions about their identities.

Justices had been asked to rule that forcing someone to give police their name violated a person's Fourth Amendment protection from unreasonable searches and the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

On the topic of police questioning. Used to work with a guy who was a BIG TIME NRA supporter amonst other things. He even threatened to run police DUI check points because they violated his rights to be on a tax payer built and maintained road.

Bottom line folks is get used to these things. Virginia Beach is installing cameras at three of four intersections to take pictures of red light runners and mail them tickets.

Most States have laws that if you are driving you need to be licensed and present that license to authorized agents, that's the police, when requested.

Much as we don't want a run in with LE, one thing is to work with them and be nice. Answer the basic questions, I mean how much privacy do we have on public a road? Of course when LE calls you a liar, then all bets are off and mum is the word.

In the mongering world, especially mongering ladies of the street, being stopped is a chance we take. Giving the Man any reason to start any thing deeper is just asking for trouble.

In general, the lesson I take is that in any encounter with law enforcement, be polite, brief, and businesslike.

Here's my Downtown report:

The old favorites appear to be all gone, but you can usually count on Downtown to find some nice fresh faces. I cringed a bit when a saw a chunky girl walking down the hall, but Mamasan (who seems not to want to do lineups these days) sent in Lily. Very pretty face, a bit more western-looking, with a nice 'do, light brown hari, big eyes. Very thin (maybe too skinny for some) but nice curves and excellent rack job. She was sweet, and provided alll the usual services, but no kissing. She was pretty adamant. Otherwiese friendly but not overly cuddly. The last few times I've been out in 45 minutes. Still I would recommend.

In today's society, with it's technology, as soon as I walk out the door, I figure my privacy is gone. Shoot if some lawmakers had their way, it would be gone inside my front door too.

Magic does indeed have new talent. This is a good place as it has free off the street parking right out front. I went there yesterday afternoon and saw Bibi (what is it with me and girls named Bibi?). She is a very attractive girl of 5’ 2” with long brown hair and a very nice proportionate body for a small woman. Bibi is also very bubbly and upbeat which makes for a good time as opposed to those providers that just go through the motions.

TS and massage were standard and service was good, not great but good. This Bibi is not the knock your socks off experience that Bebe at Sun is. All in all very nice but I will try something else before I return.

Long time lurker here. Decided to visit Sun Club from past postings before the Van Halen concert at MCI today. Went to the location as described, but WTF? There was no black door with 701 on it. Just Arena Bar on the right and Coyote Ugly on the left (with a printing establishment and a apartment in between). Safe to say Sun Club is gone?

I read your 4/19 report. So, it was the "apartment"? There was a metal bar door with a glass door behind it and it had 703 over it. You can see right inside the brightly lit hallway. It seemed very well kept like a private residence. Are you talking about that one? (it is the only door just before the construction)

No, it is not the apartment. It is a black metal door at street level about 10 yards north of the intersection of 6th and G. I believe it now has a 528 on the door.

Dear "Loop" newbies from VA. If you must monger at the "Loop", please leave your Coronas with lime at home. Nothing worse than having the natural course of monger traffic disrupted by a coulpe of newbies drinking beer and getting caught.

The Loop was HOT this morning around 2:30am. Lots of sw's, all very high priced. Got discouraged around LE shift change and drove home via, that's right, you guessed it, New York Avenue.

Quality on New York Avenue? YES!. Dream Nightclub lets out around 3:00am. The Ave was full of Quality SW around 3:45.

Picked up BSW by the name of Candy. Candy liked to communicate her price via her cell phone. Was not comfortable with that, so I asked her to prove she was not a cop. First post, though, I've been lurking for some time. I’ve been spending my hard earned dough on the escort/AMP scene for years, and felt that throwing something new into the mix would be a welcome change. Wanted to bust my mongering cherry before contributing to the club.

Anyway, LE was no where to be seen, and talent was in abundance. After several failed attempts finally zeroed in on a BSW of medium build who needed a ride. "Lollipop". What a great name. Went through the routine LE Q&A, settled on 50 for CBJ, and then headed to a quiet spot. Not bad, though, a little mechanical. Whatever. It did the job. Sun Club has a GREEN door, with the number 701 on it. It is beneath the yellow awning for Arena Rotisserie Chicken which has the address 521 G St.

Ring the bell on left hand side of door, and they'll buzz you up, etc, etc.

At first I briefly hesistated to post this info given the recent discussion on protecting identity of locations from LE, but I figured that if the MP advertises in a public newspaper, I reckon LE is already aware of it.

In regards to LE on the loop, Mr. Pickle and I had a quite frustrating experience on Thursday night. Mr. Pickle had encouraged me to get out of bed in the middle of the night to peruse the loop. From the moment we got out there around 2:15, there was lots of action! Mr. Pickle was telling me to go on and make my selection, but I saw a few LEmobiles riding around, so I was taking my time to play it safe. Mr. Pickle can afford to be impatient, if we were to get pulled over, his identity would be concealed, but for certain LE would ask for my license. Sooo, just as I had zeroed in on a sexy HSW, about 5'4" and 115 lbs. in a tank top and short black mini...there was a BIG bust on the corner of L and 15th. At least 4 LEmobiles and 3 paddywagons. Mr. Pickle and I didn't stick around to figure out exactly what was goin down, and before we knew it, the streets were barren, with a few mere pimps in site, and a couple of less than enticing BSWs.
Greatly dismayed, we headed back home, to spend the night together, but alone. :(

Quick questions:

1) How far from the SW action is Thomas Circle? On the map, it looks pretty darn close.

2) Are any SWS out at, say, 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.? Or do I have to wait till after midnight for the gals to come out?

3) Anyone know of any reliable incalls in that area? Or AMP's within a couple minutes walk? PM me if you'd rather not post it

Dumb questions are questions whose answers are answered daily on the board through posts alone. Your question is specific and is a subject I haven't seen breached in a while, if ever, so that makes it a good question.

I know Lollipop a bit but I've never been or heard of this spot because I have a place to go. My guess is that Lollipop would take you to a safe place. I wouldn't worry about it being a scam or you getting set up for a robbery or anything like that. Lollipop is too visible and doesn't work like that. And with the outlandish outfits she wears I'd probably be more comfortable taking her to a place like that than a hotel. As far as the place being safe from LE, I have no idea. But again, Lollipop is a veteran out there and knows the deal so I would imagine the place is pretty safe.

In my moronic opinion, downtown's quality has gone down. Popped by last week for some quick stress relief and was dished a girl named Nana. First off that weird white guy is still sitting up front just chilling out and as I headed to the TS he was having somebody wipe the floor in the main room while he was saying "That's nasty". What it was I have no idea. Nor do I want to know. In regards to my provider, she had no idea what she was doing, she didn't speak any English other than No, Yes, Good and You like? Not that there's anything wrong with that but I don't need the stress of trying to translate pigeon Korean/English when I'm trying to relax.

The spot your inquireing about on 13th, I can confirm is a legit 4 room(single family) house that requires no ID & a $25 room fee for an 1/hr. I've been there twice before without any problems. There is a sign in the front yard that reads: Diplomatic / Embassy Motel or something similar. The operation is run by a friendly Latin couple. The rooms are small and the sheets are changed after every session, according to what I've observed. This place seems to always be busy, my last visit there I had to wait at least 15-20 min for a vacancy.

I was at Downtown last week the mamasan indicated that Paula and Mimi were not working. She sent in Christina (not sure of sp) who was in her twenties and about 5' 7''.
