My point was moreso about bookers not caring about your bad experiences. Yeah they'll take your feedback, but will they do anything about it? Nope. My approach is easy on conscience. I just write the experience as is, and submit a review (used to be on them, now will be on TER).

The pr people also will hustle after bad reviews, sometimes even making a 'rebuttal' review. If it's on forums, often they will try to spin it like it's your fault for your bad experience, by being demanding.
